Big chance!

The initial corner yields nothing but Spurs keep the attack alive and get Lucas Moura in down the right. His pull-back finds the perfect man in Harry Kane but the England forward fires wide.

Spurs have a corner late in the half. Can they strike before the break?

Adam: Spurs are one of the best counter attacking teams in the world, but pack 10 men behind the ball and they struggle to create anything.

Mark: Spurs strength lies in drawing teams onto them and then hitting them on the counter, something they are exceptionally good at. They struggle when teams sit deep as Burnley are doing.

Nick: Spurs are Spursy sure but Conte is like the Anti-Spursy so I think they'll pick up wins in their final games. Perfect manager for that club!

Nick Pope is not winning any friends here with the time he is taking over every goal-kick.

Rodrigo Bentancur also has a go from range but his effort is always rising and clears the bar by a distance.

Harry Kane tries to find a yard and it allows him to get a shot away, but it is from way out and skips wide. So many Burnley bodies between Kane and Nick Pope.

There will be four minutes of stoppage time, most of it for that injury to Maxwell Cornet that saw him bandaged up around the head.

Antonio Conte is raging.

He screams at anyone within ear shot after Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg chips a cross straight to Nick Pope.

Roars from the stands. They want Spurs to up the pace in the closing stages of this half.

Spurs are really struggling with the packed Burnley box. They can't find a way through and to often a poor pass or control is allowing Burnley to clear and reset.

Maggie: These are the games where spurs struggle - 10 men behind the ball. One pass though will break the deadlock but can they do it?

Paco: I see both Arsenal and Spurs dropping points but I think it will do more damage to Arsenal to miss out on the Champions League. Will mean no big signings to add the depth required for next year.

Antonio Conte has still got it. He controls a cleared ball from Burnley and flicks it back to one of his players to get the game restarted.

The Italian is very much in prowl mode around his technical area.

Cornet is patched up, back on his feet and ready to go again. Game on.

Cornet's cut is just above the eye. He'll need some bandaging in true Terry Butcher style.

There are boos from the home fans but they are misjudged. This is a genuine injury.

My mistake. Cornet has been clocked by Sanchez. It has drawn some blood, which needs stemming by the medical team.

Maxwell Cornet is down holding his head. It forces Spurs to put the ball out and halt the game again.

Not sure the contact between the Burnley man and Davinson Sanchez was all that heavy.

Good cross from Eric Dier. He swings it dangerously into the mixer.

Poor header from Lucas Moura. He is in space but connects with the ball with his shoulder and fluffs the chance.

Spurs just look to lack a bit of guile in games like these, with an opponent dug in and with almost all 10 men strung across their own box.

They are devastating on the counter, with space to hit, but barring Harry Kane, do they have anyone else to pick that pass to open a side up?

Will that opportunity for the visitors wake Tottenham up again?

They've drifted a bit in the last 10 minutes after that purposeful opening.

Big chance for Burnley!

Maxwell Cornet is put in behind the Spurs defence and has just Hugo Lloris to beat. The Spurs keeper comes out on top, though, diving to palm away what is, in truth, a poor shot.
