Bono will probably be disappointed to learn that won't go down as a save.

Sofiane Boufal, who Premier League fans might remember from not doing much at Southampton for a few years, is hurt but recovers. Some players have a drink during the break in play.

The Moroccan drummers are behind Yassine Bounou's goal, so at the other end of the pitch to their official 'end' - although all four stands here are theirs, really.

They sometimes sing and drum independently of each other, but when they are on the same song-sheet, so to speak, they respond to each other to great effect.

At the moment everyone is bellowing out 'Ole, Ole, Ole' in a far more joined-up effort than either of the teams have managed on the pitch so far.

Halfway through the first half and I just found myself thinking about penalties.

I think Morocco will be delighted. It looked for 10 minutes that they would hardly get a kick of the ball.

Morocco have a free-kick on the right wing but Hakim Ziyech's cross hits the first man and is cleared.

Achraf Hakimi's earlier free-kick is the only shot of the game for either team.

Morocco's tactics are already clear: let Spain have the ball but hustle quickly and try to catch them on the break.

Spain have made 155 passes in the opening 15 minutes - compared to 57 by their opponents - and have enjoyed 81% possession in the past five minutes.

But, as the graphic below shows, most of their play has been in the middle of the pitch.

I’m absolutely amazed the Morocco keeper Bono wants to play it out.

He’s got away with it so far. My heart is in my mouth for him every time he does it.

I’d be surprised if Spain don’t catch him at some point but he looks really calm.

At all stages I'm not writing an update on this game, you can just assume Spain are passing the ball round in a harmless position.

Good power Achraf Hakimi’s free-kick. But with four in the wall, it had to be absolutely perfect.

Notice, there was no player at the bottom of the wall. I think Morocco will have noticed it.

The whole wall jumped and there was a gap underneath, so if they get another free kick…

Just the 82% of possession for Spain so far.

Morocco won't care though, they only had 30% of the ball against Belgium too... and we know how that turned out.

Walid Regragui's side are all about fast counter-attacks, as Roberto Martinez's (former) team can tell you.

Bono almost gets caught out by a backpass. His first touch is heavy but Ferran Torres just fails to block him and Romain Saiss helps him out.

Actually it was Achraf Hakimi who took it in the end. He curls it but it flies over the bar.
