Mbappe can't do it on his own. It's his team as well. The team is not functioning.

I was about to say that France are huffing a puffing to try and make something happen. But I'm not sure that's even happening.

The second-half has been a bit of a non-event so far, because Argentina are holding the France forehead at arm's length, watching them flail tame punches.
