Switzerland 0-3 England
England are still hunting another goal. They're relentless. No thoughts about playing it safe.
Switzerland 0-3 England
Into the final two minutes of normal time. It doesn't look like Ellen White is going to come on.
Switzerland 0-3 England
Beth Mead and Lauren Hemp, who both required treatment earlier, have both been replaced. Let's hope it's only bumps and bruises - and nothing more serious.
Switzerland 0-3 England
Thumbs up if Alessia Russo starts at Old Trafford next Wednesday.
Switzerland 0-3 England
England are heading into their home tournament on the back of 14 games unbeaten.
This has not been a vintage performance but they have been dominant this half. It's going to take a very good side to bring this impressive unbeaten run to an end.
Switzerland 0-3 England
Nikita Parris came on ages ago but there's been so much going on.
This has been a much better second half by the Lionesses.
Had they taken all those chances in the first half, we could have been looking at double figures.

It's difficult to see any sort of way in which Switzerland can claw themselves back into this.
This has been far from the strongest Lionesses performance we've seen of late, but they've done what is required.
Stanway's penalty was well-taken, even if nobody really knows what it was awarded for.
Beth England
The Swiss are crumbling.
Beth England increases England's advantage with a header.
Did it hit Chloe Kelly on the way in? Doesn't matter. The Lionesses are well on their way to making it 14 games unbeaten.
Switzerland 0-2 England
There was a lot of pushing when the referee awarded that penalty.
But I'm not sure that warranted a spot kick.
Georgia Stanway
Text book spot kick.
Georgia Stanway finds the corner and England surely have this in the bag.
Switzerland 0-1 England
The referee has awarded a penalty. No one knows what for.
Switzerland 0-1 England
What a save!
Beth England makes solid contact with a lovely delivery into the box and it's heading for the back of the net before the keeper sticks out a strong hand to turn it over.
Switzerland 0-1 England

Substitutes have been the key on so many occasions for Sarina Wiegman's side, being able to bring on additional quality which other teams cannot.
Unleashing Chloe Kelly, Ella Toone and Beth England against a tiring defence at the same time as bringing on Jess Carter at the back is a very smart move which could help to extent England's lead.
Switzerland 0-1 England
Time to take Hemp off to protect her from further injury? She's carrying on for now as Switzerland carve out a great chance to equalise.
Eseosa Aigbogun's deliver finds Coumba Sow but she cannot control it and the ball drops wide.
Switzerland 0-1 England
Another chance but Lauren Hemp fires straight at the keeper. Hemp looked to injure her wrist earlier and she's hurt herself again.
Switzerland 0-1 England
Really good game management by England. They're spraying the ball around with so much confidence and Switzerland are having to work hard to get it back. Neat, patient build-up by the Lionesses.
Switzerland 0-1 England
Ella Toone, Chloe Kelly, Jess Carter and Beth England are all on.
Alessia Russo is among those making way.
Switzerland 0-1 England
Four England changes incoming...
Switzerland 0-1 England
Adam Millington, BBC Sport at Stadion Letzigrund
That's what Alessia Russo deserves for the way she has performed.
The forward has proved to be a handful for the Swiss defence but just hasn't been able to turn one of her chances into a goal - until now.
A great cross from Rachel Daly is met at the back post and Russo nods it in for the game's opener.
That is exactly what England have needed to spark this back into life after the play had dulled down somewhat.
