Brilliant by Alessia Russo as she beats her opponent and gets her head to Rachel Daly's lofted cross.

Chance for Lauren Hemp but she cannot get it on target. Moments earlier, Millie Bright was forced to put the ball out after a fly flew into her eye while she was in full flight. I hate it when that happens!

  14. 'Finishing has been poor'published at 17:51 British Summer Time 30 June 2022

    Switzerland 0-0 England

Adam Millington, BBC Sport at Stadion Letzigrund

England go into the break all square and things have to improve inside the opposition's 18-yard box if that is to change.

There has been an ample number of chances created, yet England's finishing has left much to be desired.

The second half will likely bring the introduction of Ellen White or Chloe Kelly who could both inject some additional life into the front-line should they come on.

The Swiss fans are extremely happy with how their team has played – especially given last week's 7-0 drubbing at the hands of Germany – but England have been the best side nevertheless.
