Jess Donkin, 21, used to play football but wants to get into coaching for girls or boys teams.

“I played from about seven years old,” she says. “But I had an injury when I was younger.

“Chloe Kelly had a massive injury and she scored the winner though.”

Donkin stopped playing at university as there weren't enough girls or teams.

“I would play now for leisure but I like the management side of it now," she says.

An iconic goal followed by an even more iconic celebration.

When Chloe Kelly scored the winning goal in extra time for England against Germany, securing a 2-1 win and the country's first ever women's major tournament victory, the 24-year-old celebrated in a way which could now inspire a generation.

In revealing a sports bra by taking her shirt off and swinging it around her head in delight, the Manchester City winger created a moment which has united and empowered women.

Kelly's celebration was a throwback to retired USA footballer Brandi Chastain, who did the same thing when she scored the decisive penalty in the 1999 World Cup final.

We have followed the Lionesses for a few years now. We went to France for the World Cup. From the first match against Austria at Old Trafford this tournament has been a true celebration of football and people. Uefa has done an amazing job making sure everybody is included. The Fan Parties have been brilliant and we have mingled with people from all over Europe as they all witnessed Football Coming Home! So proud of the Lionesses.
