Ben Amos, donning a flamingo-ish all-orange kit is called into action once more as he dives to collect a speculative Norwich cross into the Wigan box.

It's been a high energy start from Norwich City but they've not got the breakthrough yet.

Championship defending or a clear foul? Joe Bennett is all over Teemu Pukki, leaving his arm wedged behind him as Norwich prepare to take a corner.

It's sent in by Norwich and it's cleared again but they work the ball back to Max Aarons who fires narrowly wide from the edge of the area.

Josh Magennis is down injured, having fallen with his head to the ground in an aerial challenge to latch onto his Wigan teammate Ben Amos's goal kick.

Play restarts soon after and Norwich break again, with Milot Rashica almost lobbing a cheeky effort past Amos.

There was never any doubt that Teemu Pukki was going for goal there.

It's a shame there wasn't quite the finish to match the rest of his good work.

Norwich are inches away from taking the lead against Wigan, here.

Teemu Pukki picks up the ball on the break just outside the Wigan box, he cuts onto the right and unleashes a low shot which swings just past the far post.

What a chance!

Milot Rashica puts a lovely right-footed through ball in towards his Norwich teammate Teemu Pukki, who's in space in the Wigan box.

The Finn turns and tries a low shot which is blocked by Curtis Tilt.

Todd Cantwell has been very involved in these early stages and he draws a foul on the right flank, winning a free-kick for Norwich.

He sends it into the box but no one can get onto the end of it and eventually, Wigan win the ball back.

Soon after, Todd Cantwell puts Marcelino Nunez's strike wide.
