    Sunderland v Norwich (12:30 BST)

Sunderland make two changes from the side that won 1-0 at Stoke City last week, as Corey Evans returns from injury to captain the team.

Norwich boss Dean Smith has decided not to fix something that wasn't broken and names the same XI who started the 2-0 home win over Millwall last Friday.

To paraphrase a saying, a week is a long time in football.

Last Saturday Alex Neil took his Sunderland side to Stoke City and won 1-0 to leave the Black Cats on eight points from five games.

    Now?

The Potters sacked boss Michael O'Neill on Thursday and yesterday were granted permission to talk to Neil.

The Wearsiders put out a statement earlier saying assistant Martin Canning will lead the team today in Neil's absence.

Improving Norwich are the visitors to an almost-certainly shellshocked Stadium of Light in our early game.

    Let's get to it.
