The Italian helped the Blues win the Premier League in his first season at Stamford Bridge (2016–17) and the FA Cup in his second.

Forest fans trying to sing their team to the finishing line as West Ham keep pressing on in stoppage time.

Declan Rice has the ball at his feet on the edge of the box but is quickly closed down. He cannot find space. Into the dying moments.

Forest are defending deep in the closing moments but West Ham cannot carve out an opening. They're running into a sea of red shirts.

More noise from the stands. Forest fans have been like a 12th man. They're roaring Forest over the finishing line.

Forest are nearly there but here come West Ham.

Substitute Manuel Lanzini has a pop which takes a deflection and goes behind for a corner.

Two minutes plus stoppages.

Players dripping in sweat, it has been really hard work this afternoon but a thrilling match to watch. Dean Henderson has been excellent and really assured.
