    Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers, whose side are 19th in the Premier League with speculation they may be soon losing defender Wesley Fofana to Chelsea, is asked if the end of the transfer window later this week will help his side.

    Rodgers, speaking to Sky Sports, says: "There's absolutely no doubt it will. Any good successful environment is built on stability and it's clear it has been a difficult window for us.

    "After the window shuts it will calm everything down and we can get back to winning games.

    "Our recruitment team behind the scenes have done some amazing work and have players lined up if we are able to do anything."
