Re: Mahesh at 15:56. Frustrated fans forget easily - Tuchel won you the Champions League in his first season. Have patience, they will build and probably still finish in the top four.
Zachary Roy, Leeds
I'd say Tuchel's time is up but who replaces him? No one available (Poch would manage Chelsea). Also some of the players bought in are his choices, new manager may not fancy them. All a bit of a mess really. Losing [former club director Marina] Granovskaia and [Petr] Cech looking massive.

Tyrick Mitchell own goal
The deadlock is broken at St james Park.
Or is it?
Tyrick Mitchell sends the ball into his own net after Newcsstle send the ball into box from a free-kick, but was there a foul on Palace keeper Vicente Guaita?
Nottingham Forest 2-0 Bournemouth
A third goal for Forest in the second half will end this game.
Jesse Lingard has a go from range but it is straight at Neto.
Chelsea 0-0 West Ham
Wesley Fofana fancies a debut goal for the Chelsea but the £70m man drives miles wide from 25 yards out.
Brentford 2-1 Leeds
We've had a change at Leeds. Patrick Bamford is on for the visitors, taking the place of Jack Harrison.
Chelsea 0-0 West Ham
West Ham are straight on the attack but have a cross cleared - and then Thiago Silva concedes a free-kick for chopping down Michail Antonio.
Chelsea 0-0 West Ham

Moyes please take the handbrake off. This is dull as ditch water. Have some courage and let us go play.

Steven Wyeth: Inexplicable that Newcastle aren’t leading Crystal Palace at half-time. Guaita has made some excellent saves, but should’ve been powerless to thwart Isak when 1-on-1. Goals often at a premium in this fixture, but it’s not for want of trying today.
Aston Villa v Man City (17:30 BST)

With league leaders Arsenal not in action until tomorrow when they play at Manchester United, reigning champions Manchester City will move to the top of the table if they beat Aston Villa in today's late game.
Free-scoring City have hit 19 goals in their first five matches, with Erling Haaland grabbing nine of them, including back-to-back hat-tricks in the wins over Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest.
The stats are very much in City's favour as they have won 14 of the past 16 Premier League games against a Villa side that are 19th, with only one win and three points from their first five matches of the campaign.
However, City boss Pep Guardiola believes Steven Gerrard's side are much better than the league table suggests and is expecting a very tough afternoon.
"I would prefer Aston Villa to be in a better position in the table," said Guardiola. "Always they are difficult, but they will be more difficult for the fact they have only won one game - it's more dangerous now.
"The quality is there with the manager and the players. I cannot imagine how tough it will be."
Everton 0-0 Liverpool
Liverpool say that Fabio Carvalho will be assessed before Wednesday’s trip to Italy for the Champions League group-stage opener with Napoli.
Manager Jurgen Klopp told his post-match news conference: "It's not bad. I think it is extremely painful, it is a dead leg on the muscle above the knee and he couldn't bend the knee anymore. When this muscle swells up, there is no space for anything else.
“We have to now see how quickly that will settle. You could see he tried, but you could see he couldn’t run properly. We just waited for half-time and then made the change with Bobby."

HT: Chelsea 0-0 West Ham
Tony Pulis
Former Stoke manager on BBC Radio 5 Live
The weather is gorgeous, still very warm and the game has been slow and cumbersome. Chelsea have had a lot of the possession but mostly in front of West Ham.
West Ham have been quite content to it there and hit them on the break, but they haven't really done that many times.
It's been a pretty average first half.

Mahesh: Chelsea have become the most unwatchable Premier League team under Tuchel. It sucks the life out of you watching them make mechanical sideways passes.
Mike: What does Tuchel have against Chelsea? This is dire stuff.
Plenty of games across Europe today.
Real Madrid and Real Betis are drawing 1-1 in the first half, while Bayern Munich are experiencing the same score at Union Berlin with half an hour to go.
On the theme of 1-1s, it's also that score between Fiorentina and Juventus with only a few minutes left.
Spurs 1-0 Fulham
Spurs deservedly lead at the break.
Chelsea 0-0 West Ham
Chris Wise
BBC Radio 5 Live commentator at Stamford Bridge
It isn't hard to see why it is 0-0. Chelsea have had all the ball but not had the intricate play to break down West Ham.
HT: Newcastle 0-0 Crystal Palace

Newcastle should be ahead they have been relentless, Isak chipped the one-on-one straight into Guaita who also made a great save from Longstaff's header and the follow-up was cleared off the line.
Nottingham Forest 2-0 Bournemouth
It's Forest who go in ahead at the break.
