  5. 'I think about being on a beach with a cocktail'published at 11:22 British Summer Time 15 October 2022

    Brentford 2-0 Brighton

Brentford got the Premier League weekend under way on Friday with a 2-0 home win over Brighton.

Ivan Toney underlined his England credentials as he scored both goals - including one from the penalty spot - to send the Bees up to eighth in the table.

It's now 55 goals in 100 games for Toney since joining Brentford from Peterborough in 2020 and he has still never missed a Premier League penalty.

"I don't even know where I am going until I kick the ball for the penalties," Toney admitted. "The keeper tries to give it the talk but I just walk away, think of different things, like being on a beach with a cocktail."

There's no easing in to the Premier League this weekend.

We already have one game behind us, and first up on Saturday it's a huge game for Brendan Rodgers as his bottom-placed Leicester City side look to prove they can start heading in the right direction after suffering another set-back last time out.

They welcome Crystal Palace to the King Power Stadium in our first game today.

    Welcome all!
