There's a bit of miscommunication with Rasmus Kristensen on the right and Leeds' latest attack rolls out harmlessly for a goal kick.

Mikel Arteta is going to switch things up again.

"Kepa was on fire and his quick saves kept us in the game. He has been brilliant over the last couple of weeks."

On scoring twice in front of England manager Gareth Southgate, Mount added: "I have to just keep focused on doing well for the club.

"We know there's a massive World Cup around the corner and you want to play as well as you can going into it and hopefully get picked."

Takehiro Tomiyasu switches across to right-back and Kieran Tierney will go in at left-back.

Seconds after that change, Brenden Aaronson forces a save from Aaron Ramsdale. The corner is poor afterwards.

Roberto Firmino is probably another player, a little bit like [Gabriel] Jesus was at Man City, where he probably got more criticism than was warranted for his performances.

Obviously fans want goals from their strikers. Jurgen Klopp said every day that Firmino is world-class in training. It gives you a perspective of how good he is.

But now he is getting the goal contributions. That will give him more confidence.

Phil Foden is massively important to Man City and we can see by his stats that he’s only going to get better and better. The addition of Erling Haaland is going to free him up even more. Haaland occupies defenders, drags them backwards and forwards and it leaves Foden to weave his magic in behind him.
