Wilfried Zaha was sensational in the second half and at times when he is in this mood, he's unplayable.

Whether he is creating chances or getting chances himself. But on the other hand tonight, you could see what it meant to him.

He was back defending and working for his team. When they defend well and these attacking players are let off the leash for Palace, it really is a joy to watch.

The Eagles are flying - sneaking into the top half thanks to that win.

Brighton, who drew 0-0 at home to Nottingham Forest earlier on, stay seventh but miss a chance to go into the top five.

Palace deserved to win the game. It was a great game to watch with both teams really going at it to get the win. Palace had slightly more quality and have come away with the three points but it was a thoroughly enjoyable game.

The Eagles get the three points after going in 1-0 behind at the break following Adama Traore's header.

Eberechi Eze equalised within a minute of the restart before Wilfried Zaha grabbed the winner.

The flag is up but still. Collins is a centre half, that's why he didn't score! He's probably so thankful that the flag has gone up because if it wasn't offside it would have been one of the biggest misses of all time.

Nathan Collins, unmarked at the back post, should put the ball into the net for Wolves from Goncalo Guedes but somehow doesn't despite facing an open goal and only being two yards out. A real centre-half finish.

It wouldn't have counted anyway as Guedes was offside.

Ruben Neves nearly made it 2-0 to Wolves at the end of the first half but hit the post with a free-kick and he almost scores here, forcing a fine save from Vicente Guaita which keeps the hosts ahead.

Palace need to be careful. Wolves are certainly not lying down, they keep coming forward and creating chances.

This one isn't in the bag for Palace just yet. Nelson Semedo's cross has to be cut out by centre-half Joachim Andersen with Wolves substitute Hwang Hee-Chan then shooting over the bar to just fire a warning to the Eagles.

Only Tottenham's Harry Kane (22), his team-mate Son Heung-Min (18), Brentford's Ivan Toney (16) and Manchester City's Erling Haaland (15) have scored more Premier League goals than Wilfried Zaha (14) in 2022.
