    Crystal Palace 1-1 Wolves

Crystal Palace's Joel Ward, on a booking in the first half, is living dangerously as he slides in with a strong challenge on goalkeeper Jose Sa.

Ward catches the arm of Sa, but the referee says it was a 50-50 challenge and no action is taken.

  2. 'Delightful header from Eze'published at 21:23 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Wolves

    James Collins
Former Wales defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Olise has done really well down the right. He cut inside and that was a delightful ball in.

Eze at the back side with a delightful header back across the goalkeeper.

Similar to Traore in the first half, he's just let it hit his head and go in, it can be easy to do a bit too much with a header like that.

  3. Fast start to second halfpublished at 21:23 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Crystal Palace 1-1 Wolves

    Alex Howell
    BBC Sport at Selhurst Park

As fast a start that Patrick Vieira could have hoped for from Palace in the second half. The stadium is bouncing after that goal from Eze.

  4. FULL-TIMEpublished at 21:22 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    It's all over.

Absolutely textbook Brighton, who dominate but fail to take any of their 19 chances.

No wins in four for Roberto de Zerbi.

Forest climb up to 19th with their sixth point of the season.

  5. goal

GOAL - Crystal Palace 1-1 Wolvespublished at 46 mins

    Eberechi Eze (Crystal Palace)

"Glad all over" rings around Selhurst Park and the Eagles equalise inside a minute of the restart.

Eberechi Eze gets the goal, coming in free round the back and heading in from Michael Olise's cross after Wilfried Zaha had played it wide.

Whatever Patrick Vieira said, it worked!

  8. Brighton lack 'luck'published at 21:19 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Steve Sidwell
Former Brighton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's just not falling for Brighton tonight, that final bit of luck just isn't on their side.

  9. Postpublished at 21:19 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Forest are three minutes away from climbing off bottom spot in the league. Leicester set to go bottom again.

  10. 'Vieira has work to do'published at 21:19 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    HT: Crystal Palace 0-1 Wolves

    James Collins
Former Wales defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Palace had all the possession in the early stages of the game but it broke down around the 18 yard box.

It's down to Wolves' solid defending and keeping their concentration but if the quality was slightly better in the final third with the final shot or cross, they will get chances to score that goal.

Wolves were the better team in the last 10 minutes, they controlled it, they looked comfortable defending and they were getting chances on the break.

Patrick Vieira has got work to do in that dressing room.

  11. Keeping it tightpublished at 21:18 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    HT: Crystal Palace 0-1 Wolves

Wolves have stopped the opposition from scoring a first-half goal in seven of their 11 games, only Newcastle United (eight) and Manchester City (eight) have done this more often in the English Premier League this season.

  12. Forest giving it everythingpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Steve Sidwell
Former Brighton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

Forest are defending for their lives here.

  13. INJURY TIMEpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Five minutes added on.

Can Brighton finally find a way through? The smart money is on no.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Brighton's Tariq Lamptey takes one for the team here.

The hosts send a lot of players up for a corner which Forest clear and then just as Taiwo Awoniyi is about to run into 50 yards of space, Lamptey wipes him out. Yellow card.

Anon: The ref is Wolves' best player by a country mile. The standard of officiating this season is embarrassing.

Nothing the ref did allowed Adama Traore a free header at the back post.

Slightly dubious maths there from Chris - by the time you factor in other fees and add-ons.

Morgan Gibbs-White's transfer fee was only £15m less than Haaland... Let that sink in!

  18. Postpublished at 21:13 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Alexis Mac Allister hurls a free-kick into the box for Brighton and Lewis Dunk gets a weak header onto it. Simple for Dean Henderson.

  19. Postpublished at 21:13 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Steve Sidwell
Former Brighton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's a tactical foul but sometimes it's just what you have to do.

Tariq Lamptey has fresh legs and sometimes you can't risk that!

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:12 British Summer Time 18 October 2022

    Brighton 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Forest make a triple sub.

Taiwo Awoniyi, Giulian Biancone and Joe Worrall replace Brennan Johnson, Jesse Lingard and Harry Toffolo.

Toffolo, a substitute himself, is injured.
