Fulham knew it would be like this. Leeds have come out swinging and it has this home crowd baying for blood.
A huge round of applause just greeted a period of home pressure, ended by a Pascal Struijk foul that had the support screaming obscenities at referee Anthony Taylor.
The Cottagers will also know, though, that seeing this opening charge off will lead to a lull and nerves and frustration starting to creep in.
As Villa are showing against Brentford, these opening stages can be vital in a game featuring an under-pressure side.

Leicester take the lead with their first attack of the game and it's a great hit from 22 yards out from Youri Tielemans after Wolves only partially cleared a free-kick from the left.
But what a strike it was from the Belgium midfielder, flying in off the top of the post past the diving Jose Sa.
That came after what had been a very bright start for the hosts. Diego Costa, whose next goal will be his first in England since scoring for Chelsea in the 2017 FA Cup final loss to Arsenal at Wembley, did well to strike at goal but Danny Ward in the visitors' goal tipped it over.
From the following corner Daniel Podence had a shot deflected wide and Joao Moutinho then fired just off target from 18 yards.
But that wonder strike from Tielemans has the Leicester fans in delight. After five defeats on the road in five games in the league this season, is today the day that losing run ends?

Arsenal take the lead. Ben White crosses from the right and Granit Xhaka, near the penalty spot, catches it perfectly with a first-time volley which flies into the net.

Excellent, patient play from Arsenal. We know Xhaka has a hell of a left foot on him so he screamed at Xhaka to leave it. Great save from Bazunu.

Encouraging start by Leeds. Sam Greenwood has a cross into the box cleared and the hosts keep the pressure on, with Jack Harrison showing some neat footwork in the box before cutting it back and Fulham clear from the six-yard box.

James Maddison's free-kick is headed out to Youri Tielemans, about 22 yards out. The Belgian lets the ball bounce and then hits an absolute thunderbolt into the top corner.
Maddison has his head in his hands, he can't believe that strike.
