Son has got to just put his foot through that! Brilliant play from Kane. Son makes a brilliant run and he tries to dink it over Pope who gets enough on it. Trippier clears it off the line. In that position just side foot that hard and low into the bottom corner.

Sulaimon: Son is shooting at every available opportunity and chance. He definitely needs goals and Spurs need to win to keep pace with Arsenal and Manchester city.

The South Korean is played in by Harry Kane and tries to chip the ball over Nick Pope, who is on the ground. Pope gets a hand to it and Kieran Trippier hammers the loose ball off the goalline.

Newcastle have a free-kick which Kieran Trippier plays diagonally. Joelinton does a couple of Kerlon-style seal-dribble headers and Sean Longstaff's cross is caught by Hugo Lloris.

Newcastle's midfield three are dominating Tottenham's. You can't give players like Bruno Guimaraes that much time.

Son Heung-min is further away this time. Emerson Royal picks out the Spurs legend 25 yards out and he hammers this shot miles over.

Spurs make a very odd job of clearing this, first Hugo Lloris half-punches it and then Rodrigo Bentancur and Davinson Sanchez overplay just outside their box, but they get away with it.

Leeds United

Leeds boss Jesse Marsch to BBC: "It's disappointment, frustration. In the first half we started strong and got the lead. It felt like we'd take control of our moment and our season.

"Then from a moment where I don't think we need to concede because it was not that complicated and we go in to the half 1-1. Then we were trying to push, the game was tight, and we were trying to find a way to control our fate but at the moment confidence is a little low, we miss a chance or two then we start feeling the pressure a but more. In every transition you start to see that we don't believe in ourselves as much as we'd like.

England will miss Reece James at the World Cup if if he's not fit but Kieran Tripper is a big replacement. He's an outstanding professional and has always been brilliant. He leads he talks he helps everyone on the pitch, he's a proper leader.

Spurs clear Kieran Trippier's corner and it ends up all the way back at Nick Pope's feet moments later.

Arsenal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, speaking to Sky Sports: "It should have been a different outcome. Credit to Southampton, they did very well.

"We started to concede a lot of long throws. We created the two biggest chances in the second half but it wasn’t enough to win the game.

"We just didn't put the ball in the back of the net. We had enough chances to get the win. It's very disappointing."

Son Heung-min is so close this time. Harry Kane gets the move going from the centre circle, Oliver Skipp finds Son and he curls just high and wide from 20 yards out.

I think it will be a close game. Both teams will go for it and it's good because Newcastle don't just sit back. They want to go and score goals. I think Tottenham will prefer that if Newcastle come out and that's when Tottenham are better, when they find spaces in behind. It should be a fascinating game.
