They deserved to take the lead.

It's quietened down a little but there's still chances. Pascal Gross brings down Raheem Sterling in the box but he gets the ball cleanly too. A quick VAR check, all good.

Better from Spurs - Emerson Royal picks out Oliver Skipp who takes a touch inside the area before driving in a shot which Mark Travers turns away.

Spurs then get the ball in, it's flicked towards goal and comes back off the post!

This time there is no offside as Michael Olise again slides in Odsonne Édouard. He is tracked by Duje Caleta-Car and the Saints defender blocks it well as Edouard tries to squeeze it into the near post from a tight angle.

Each time Brighton get into the Chelsea last third, they get a shot on target or very very close.

The ball is in the back of the net from Odsonne Edouard as he is slipped in inside the box and slots it past the keeper. It's ruled out straight away and there's a quick VAR check as the provider Michael Olise is offside in the build-up.

This looks like the end of Emiliano Martínez's afternoon.

He cuts out a cross and goes down with no-one around him having received five minutes of treatment earlier.

Play has been stopped and Villa's back-up keeper Robin Olsen is getting ready to come on.

Bournemouth are all over Spurs just now. The lively Marcus Tavernier gets in behind the backline again, drives towards goal himself this time and Hugo Lloris does well to come out and make a save/tackle right on the edge of the area.

A bit better than his effort last week.

Uh-oh. Edouard Mendy is warming up because Kepa is forced to race out of his area and make a clearance. He sticks his arm up to the bench immediately as he feels something. He has a bit of work to do here though as Moises Caicedo shuffles clear in the box and fires a dangerous effort into the side-netting which makes Kepa move his leg out sharply.

Huge chance for Villa but Ollie Watkins will not want to see that again as he completely misses the ball while unmarked inside the box.

That's a really difficult finish for Kieffer Moore. I've tried to finish like that myself many times and got it wrong. When you are sprinting at pace, you want the ball to be perfect and the ball was slightly behind him. He actually slowed his run down and just side-footed it.

When you have a chance in the box - one touch and take it. Moore takes it beautifully.

Eberechi Eze stings the fingers of Gavin Bazunu with a decent strike from long range. It's pushed just behind for a corner!

Goalscorer Kieffer Moore has to take his boot off for some attention after taking a kick to the toes but the big man is going to be able to soldier on.

Bournemouth have avoided defeat in their last four matches when scoring the opening goal in the Premier League.
