    Newcastle 0-0 Aston Villa

A lovely cross-field pass by Fabian Schar finds Joelinton lurking just outside the box and the Brazilian forces Emiliano Martínez into a save.

The ball threatens to bobble from Martinez's grasp and he collides with team-mate Tyrone Mings.

Martinez is hurt and receiving treatment on the pitch.

Wildly open game this one, both Chelsea players should have scored there. Gallagher's shot is saved by Sanchez and then Pulisic. Even though it comes bouncing back to him on the volley, you've got to score from six yards. Two brilliant chances from Chelsea missed.

Alexis Mac Allister lays it off to Leandro Trossard on the right as Brighton break with pace. He smashes it towards goal but it's straight at Kepa.

    What a chance!

Raheem Sterling slides it through to Conor Gallagher. He's denied by Robert Sanchez and Christian Pulisic then slices the rebound wide.

Chelsea almost right back into it.

That's better from Brentford and a sight of goal for Ivan Toney, he should do better from Bryan Mbeumo's pass but can't get a clean shot away and scuffs one wide.

Chelsea have been so badly beaten here. Ruben-Loftus Cheek there, off his knee and in. If Graham Potter doesn't make a change soon, the game will be gone from his team. I tell you what, Brighton have been absolutely on fire today.

If Ben Davies is shooting from range you're in trouble...and that's the pattern of Tottenham's attack at the moment.

Bournemouth keeper Mark Travers hasn't started a game since he shipped nine at Anfield but has yet to be tested.

Half a chance for Diego Costa, he does well to get across his marker and head over the top. A tough one, but an excellent ball in from Daniel Podence. This game yet to kick into life.

Brighton have just got such a confidence about themselves. They are playing the ball out from the back much much better than Chelsea have been able to do so far. Chelsea are coming out from the back, nobody on the wide wings, and they are caught out time and time again. It has led to one goal and one other clearance off the line by Thiago Silva.

Terrific run by Emiliano Buendía who slaloms his way through the Newcastle defence before Nick Pope comes off his line to stop the danger. Villa's best moment so far.

A fourth corner in 13 minutes for Brighton and it's more brilliant play. Pervis Estupinan slips in Alexis Mac Allister and Thiago Silva comes across to block it. From the corner, it's put behind again by Mason Mount.

Fantastic play from Harry Kane as he holds off a defender before swivelling and pinging a diagonal into the run of Emerson Royal. The wing-back would be in but Jordan Zemura defends well at the far post to head clear.
