I'd like to see Man United keep the tempo up and not just sit on this 1-0 lead and West Ham on the front foot.

Said Benrahma pulls the ball back superbly for Gianluca Scamacca to hit first time. It is blocked by Lisandro Martinez, who then takes a boot to the head from the Italian as he dives in to stop a follow up.

Harry Maguire is strong and fends off the best Gianluca Scamacca can throw at him as he tries to latch on to Jarrod Bowen's ball into the box.

He gets some stick does the big man, but he still knows how to defend.

It's never good to have to change a keeper, but West Ham can be confident in Areola's ability. There can't be many better second-choice keepers in the league.

It looks like that awkward landing has done for Lukasz Fabianski. He is replaced by Alphonse Areola.

It will be interesting to see if David Moyes tries to change the shape because West Ham have not been able to get a foothold in this game.

That class of Eriksen, cross to the far post, the timing of the header was perfect. Man United have just edged it, West Ham have quite a bit of work to do to get back into this game.

It wasn't an easy header. Kehrer, the full back didn't know where Rashford was, he never jumped. Rashford just got there nice and early and the power of the header, the goalkeeper had no chance. It was just a great goal.

Callum Wilson is playing well and playing with confidence. Marcus Rashford has been playing ok for Man United. That goal will give him a lot of confidence. We know he has ability, he has power and pace and he can play a number of positions and that does help.

Arsenal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta: "I'm really happy, I know how difficult it is to get three points after playing every three days and all the travel and it's great to be top again.

"We had a different speed and purpose right from the off and I'm happy the team did it again today.

"We had the chances and the control and we needed another goal in the first half to have an easier afternoon. But we started the second half well.

On Reiss Nelson's performance: "Delighted for Reiss. He fully deserved that for how he is doing personally and in training. He has grabbed his opportunity with both hands.

On Saka's injury: "It was a bad challenge and he was not comfortable. No news yet so we will have to wait and see.

Arsenal

Arsenal are where they are for a reason and I think we are disrespecting the group to a certain extent by constantly mentioning Manchester City. I believe that Manchester City will stand the test of time, they'll be there for the full duration and it's it just a question of whether this young Arsenal side can remain where they are until the end of the campaign. It's progress.

When Mikel Arteta came into the football club, it was all about making them better and getting the squad age down and starting something new and he is doing that. It's a process and every year they are getting better and better and better and if they finish in the top four it will be progression, even though right now you wouldn't see it that way because of how they are doing.

A top four finish and Champions League football would be progression for this Arsenal squad.

West Ham have failed to score a first-half goal in 10 of their 13 games, no team has failed to do so more often in the English Premier League this season.

Manchester United are unbeaten in their last 121 English Premier League matches when leading at half-time (W104, D17) dating back to 21st September 2014 against Leicester City (L3-5).

Rashford sort of lost his way last season but he seems to have his appetite back. He should score a couple more goals in the next couple of games and goals get you plane tickets.
