    Everton 1-2 Wolves

    Carlton Cole
Former West Ham striker on Final Score

Everton are definitely one of those teams that I can see doing better eventually - they just need to put the ball in the onion bag. They can't do that right now.

  2. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:55 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Everton 1-2 Wolves

Julen Lopetegui's debut ends in victory, having fallen behind.

Yerry Mina's opener turned around by goals from Daniel Podence and Rayan Ait-Nouri late in injury time.

    Crystal Palace 0-3 Fulham

Substitute Harry Wilson fires wide for Fulham, just before the game heads into added time.

The Cottagers have now attempted 586 passes, their highest total in a single Premier League match this season.

They've also had 63.2% possession and 22 shots compared to four for Palace. The Eagles may be down to nine men but, to be fair, Fulham were well on top before Tyrick Mitchell was sent off on 34 minutes, just after the opening goal.

A Boxing Day bonanza for Brighton and their travelling fans.

The Seagulls climb up to sixth in the Premier League table - although Liverpool can go back above them shortly - following a stunning performance just along the south coast.

More boos from the home fans.

A fourth straight league defeat leaves Nathan Jones' side stranded in the bottom three - and that late goal for Wolves sees them go bottom.

    Wowwww!

W for Wolves, W for winner. Julen Lopetegui's reign is about to get off to a winning start.

Everton eventually lumped it long and then are caught on the counter.

Adama Traore's cross takes a flick off an Everton defender and falls at the far post for Rayan Ait-Nouri.

The sub takes a touch before lashing in a finish from close range before wheeling off to celebrate - T-shirt off - in front of the jubilant away supporters.

Three minutes added on. Which will take us up to 48 minutes longer than we needed.

A few seconds remaining at Goodison.

Can either side find a winner?

    Leicester 0-3 Newcastle

Newcastle's Jacob Murphy goes round Danny Ward and has a shot cleared off the line by Wout Faes. And then the offside flag goes up.

The Magpies bring on Elliot Anderson for Sean Longstaff.

    Southampton 1-3 Brighton

Brighton have scored three goals but one of the biggest cheers of the day greets Evan Ferguson charging down a clearance.

Sums up Brighton's performance really: the hard work laying the platform for the silky stuff. And there has been plenty of that.

    Four minutes of stoppage time...

Everton are absolutely going for this. They thought they had scored but had the ball cleared off the line by Ruben Neves.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:49 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Crystal Palace 0-3 Fulham

Changes galore now as the clock runs down at Selhurst Park, with Aleksandar Mitrovic and Andreas Pereira making way for Carlos Vinicius and Luke Harris.

Palace, meanwhile, make a triple change, with Michael Olise, Cheick Doucoure and Jeff Schlupp coming off for Will Hughes, Luka Milivojevic and Jairo Riedewald.

  13. 'Such presence'published at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Leicester 0-3 Newcastle

    Steve Stone
Former England midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

Newcastle are sitting deep and inviting the pressure. Jamie Vardy's was the best effort Leicester have had, but he was just offside. The goalkeeper [Nick Pope] didn't realise that though and it was still a good save. He has such presence.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Everton 1-1 Wolves

Diego Costa into the book for a lunge on an Everton player.

He feels he got the ball and smashes it against his forehead in frustration.

    Southampton 1-3 Brighton

Brighton are looking to put this game to bed... again.

Substitute Tariq Lamptey uses his fresh legs to motor into the Saints box, playing a neat one-two before firing a low shot which is blocked by a sliding tackle.

The resulting corner is handled by Seagulls skipper Lewis Dunk, who seems to think he's playing in the NBA.

  16. CLOSE!published at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Everton 1-1 Wolves

Everton looking for the winner, Nathan Patterson does well to keep the ball alive and swinging in a cross to the near post.

Academy product Tom Cannon is waiting to head in, but Toti gets back in the nick of time to poke clear.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

  18. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Crystal Palace 0-3 Fulham

Time for a hard-earned breather for Willian and Fulham's opening goalscorer Bobby Decordova-Reid, with Dan James and Harry Wilson coming on.

  19. 'Fulham have dominated midfield'published at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Crystal Palace 0-3 Fulham

    Stephen Warnock
Former England defender on Final Score

Fulham have caused Crystal Palace so many problems during this game, even when it was 11v11 on the pitch.

Midfield-wise, they've been head and shoulders above. Often when teams are promoted, they struggle to have that dominance in the middle of the pitch. The players they've brought in - Palhinha, Reed and Pereira - have been outstanding today

  20. Postpublished at 16:46 Greenwich Mean Time 26 December 2022

    Leicester 0-3 Newcastle

Wilfred Ndidi's 30-yard volley is straight at Nick Pope. At least the Newcastle keeper is being given something to do now.
