Watford hang on to claim a deserved victory.

They move up to tenth with these three points and the Hornets may feel their Championship campaign has lift off with this result.

Time is almost up but there is time for Ismaila Sarr to come off and Samuel Kalu come on as Watford eat up the clock.

Norwich's threat has ebbed away as this half has gone on. Watford are finishing stronger.

Joao Pedro's first involvement is to get the ball down the left to Ismaila Sarr, who cuts in and forces a save out of Angus Gunn.

That one moment shows just how important that pair are for Watford.

Yaser Asprilla is not able to carry on after that incident with Gabriel Sara.

On comes Joao Pedro, which Watford fans will be delighted to see.

Watford players are not happy with Norwich substitute Gabriel Sara. They think the Brazilian has deliberately stood on Yaser Asprilla.

The referee is not interested, though.

Close to an equaliser for the visitors on two occasions!
