Like Gemma Grainger, Switzerland's Danish coach Nils Nielsen has picked the same team which started his side's last game.

That is no shock given that the Swiss won 15-0 last time out, against Moldova in their final match in regular qualifying.

That thumping victory - Switzerland's biggest ever - helped them to second place in Group G, behind Italy.

Switzerland: Thalmann, Maritz, Calligaris, Bühler, Aigbogun, Wälti (c), Crnogorčević, Reuteler, Bachmann, Sow, Fölmli.

Subs: Peng, Herzog, Stierli, Piubel, Rinast, Xhemaili, Felber, Ray, Mauron, Humm, Riesen, Terchoun.

    Switzerland v Wales (18:00 BST)

    Good evening,

    You're well I hope?

I'm a bag of nerves to be honest.

Game 12, as Gemma Grainger calls it. It's all come down to this.

You know by now, Wales' route to the World Cup might not be straight forward, even if they win tonight against an excellent Switzerland side.

But what we know, unequivocally, is that the loser of tonight's game will not qualify for World Cup 2023.

Wales have never come this far, but they need to take another giant leap this evening.

A whole nation is behind them, willing them to new heights.

Let's have a look at those teams, shall we?
