    FT: Wolves 1-0 West Ham

    Wolves

Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui to BBC Sport: "It's a big three points but at the moment you have to continue. I want to highlight the fight and personality of the players.

"Also it is our first clean sheet. We have to continue because we still have a very hard and long race.

"It's always important to score, no matter the time. In the first half we dominated the play and the ball but it's not easy to score. We had three or four dangerous crosses, but in the second half the first chance we had we scored.

"After, we have experienced this a lot and won the second balls. We were a little bit tired after our match with Nottingham Forest but we got the three points and win.

"I think we have a lot more to do in the future. It's still a very hard task and we have to focus on the future. We celebrate for two hours, have a nice dinner but then we are thinking about the next match.

"It's always important to be out of the relegation zone but the most important table is after the last match. I do not look at the table until then."

You look at Bournemouth's record since the World Cup - they haven't scored a goal, 1-0 down at a tough place - they need to do more.

There hasn't been anything really in the final third. There hasn't been enough crosses. They need to find something, desperately.

SafcPete: Never a pen. Clever by Toney as he had defenders arm trapped under his, pulled him into area then fell over. I am surprised VAR don’t realise that.

PhiGo: Toney isn't "cute" for getting that pen. He trapped Senesi's arm to create the illusion that he'd been fouled. That's *exactly* the sort of thing VAR should be overturning.

JD: NOT a penalty. He traps his arm then spins defender round. Seen it before. You would have thought that VAR would have picked that up - no surprise it didn't.

Just seen a replay of that penalty incident. Hmmmm. Senesi does put his arm around Toney's arm... but Toney then seems to pin it there with his arm until they're in the box.

Mike: Toney was the one holding onto the defenders arm there - not a penalty for me.

The Wallet Guy: That shouldn’t be a pen. Toney trapped Senesi’s arm in his armpit and was basically initiating contact. That should 100% be overturned. Poor decision.

As soon as the defender lets it bounce he's bang in trouble.

It's a hopeful ball over the top from the Brentford midfield - I don't think the wind has helped - he's found himself on the wrong side.

Ivan Toney has done well, backed in and it's a clear penalty, very clumsy.

I already had the goal entry ready once Ivan Toney was awarded the penalty. Inevitable.

Neto goes the right way but Toney's penalty is too good and is just beyond his reach.
