That is surprisingly Hugo Lloris' first Premier League own goal in his 354 games.

The run from Saka is brilliant. It's poor goalkeeping from Lloris. He flaps it into the net. It's another goalkeeping mistake. Poor from him. He could just catch it, there is nobody near him. You don't need that in a derby game.

The Premier League have alerted that as a Bukayo Saka goal but no way, I'm not having that. Own goal all the way.

    Hugo Lloris own goal

Oh no. Yet another Hugo Lloris shocker this season.

Bukayo Saka runs onto a long ball down the right and cuts inside Ryan Sessegnon too easily. He then blasts in a shot from an impossible angle which is straight at Lloris - yet somehow squirms past him and into the net.

Difficult for Partey to generate any power and it went over the bar. Good opportunity but it wasn't whipped with any pace.

Central but just too far out to shoot. Martin Odegaard whips it in and fellow central midfielder Thomas Partey heads over the bar.

This is a proper game. End to end. Great atmosphere. Tottenham overplaying in wrong situations so far.

Why do goalkeepers do that? Just clear your lines. Lloris is not good enough with his feet. Nketiah had a golden opportunity and he should score but I'm going to give credit to Lloris for saving that. It should be 1-0 to Arsenal. Just clear your line.

    Spurs 0-0 Arsenal

Big chance for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.

Spurs make a proper mess at the back about three times and Gabriel Martinelli flicks the ball over a defender to Nketiah, unmarked 10 yards out, but he shoots at Hugo Lloris.

  14. Managers in the actionpublished at 16:36 Greenwich Mean Time 15 January 2023

    Spurs 0-0 Arsenal

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Some magnificent arm-waving already from Spurs manager Antonio Conte and Arsenal counterpart Mikel Arteta. No shrinking violets in those technical areas. Could get lively.

Sessegnon has got to miss the first man and get that delivery in. He doesn't but it is a good start from Tottenham.

Oh that was really quite bad from Ryan Sessegnon. He flies down the left, a really swift and dangerous counter-attack, and then hits a weak cross that the first man clears.

    Spurs 0-0 Arsenal

Spurs try to catch Arsenal out with a long ball forward to Dejan Kulusevski, who has been a big miss. The Gunners defence deal with it though.

Good atmopshere at the creatively named Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. How do they come up with these stadium names?

Decent start for Spurs, who are pinging the ball round.
