    What about former Northern Ireland, Manchester United and Linfield goalkeeper Roy Carroll making his Ballinamallard United debut at the grand old age of 45?!

    He had to come off injured before the end of the first half, but even making it out there is impressive. Great to see the big man still mixing it in the Irish League.

    Carroll made his professional debut way back in 1995 - some of his team-mates weren't even born then!

    For the first half hour it was pretty even and both teams were tentative. Linfield then started to take control, but Coleraine had their moments as well and they look dangerous down the right. Linfield edged the first half but they need to be extremely careful defensively.

    Portadown can be happy with their effort and desire in that first half but they didn't take the chances they created.

    Dungannon will feel somewhat happy to be level at the break. Here's hoping for some goals in the second half!

    An increasingly fractious first half ends with a flashpoint as Rhys Marshall's challenge on Ryan Waide prompts a flare-up after which, Marshall, Sean O'Neill, Sean Graham and Seanan Clucas are all cautioned.

    Referee Ross Dunlop may well be very glad to blow the half-time whistle, with Graham's goal separating the sides.

    It's been the home side who have looked the more likely to finding the opening goal but as of yet neither side have been able to break the deadlock.

    No goals but plenty of attacking action at Solitude.

    Paul O'Neill had the visitors' best chance shooting straight at Nathan Gartside from close range while the hosts have been the team on top for the last 20 minutes with Sean Moore looking the most dangerous player for Paddy McLaughlin's side.

    Still all to play for in north Belfast.

    Sean Moore with a ball into Joe Gormley who flashes a cross across the Larne six yard area for Ronan Doherty, but it's just out of reach of the midfielder.
