Another chance falls the way of the hosts as Coleraine fail to clear a corner which leads to Joel Cooper laying the ball off to Eetu Vertainen.
The Finnish striker strikes a half-volley really well but sees his effort slice just wide of the far post.
Linfield looking the more likely now.

The midfielder arrives on the left hand side of the penalty area and the chance initially looks to have gone after he cuts inside onto his less-favoured right foot.
However, he twists back onto his left before drilling a shot under Aaron McCarey from a tight angle.

Neither side have had any real clear cut chances with a lot of the game being played in midfield.
