    Jordan Nobbs

Jordan Nobbs has her second - Aston Villa are running riot!

There is so much space in behind the Brighton defence and it doesn't take much for Hanson to hook the ball into that space for Nobbs to run on to and finish.

A third assist for Hanson to go with her goal. Brighton have capitulated.

    Brighton 1-4 Aston Villa

Chance for Brighton! Another ball over the top, this time from Julia Olme, and Katie Robinson is briefly in the clear.

She can't quite get the bobbling ball under control through and the Villa defence get back to stop the winger getting a clean strike on goal.

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

There's been no onslaught of goals at Tranmere to match those down south, but Liverpool have now conceded six goals in the first 15 minutes of the first half, more than any other team in the English Women's Super League this season. Sloppy.

    Rachel Daly

It was only a matter of time before Rachel Daly got on the scoresheet!

Aston Villa's top-scorer taps into an empty net after the visitors cut through Brighton again.

Kenza Dali found Kirsty Hanson inside the box with a beautiful reverse pass through the tightest of gaps and Hanson squared for Daly, who had the simple task of rolling the ball into the unguarded goal.

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

Better from the hosts, building some pressure thanks to those Challinor-esque throws from Megan Campbell. I couldn't vouch for the temperature on the Wirral this afternoon but it's a beautiful sunny afternoon as Liverpool try and find a way back into the game.

    Brighton 1-3 Aston Villa

Brighton threaten again. Jorja Fox's cross from deep is towards Emma Kullberg but she can't divert the ball on target at the far post.

Much better from the home side after a difficult - to put it mildly - few minutes.

    Brighton 1-3 Aston Villa

So nearly a goal back for Brighton. Just a simple ball over the top, Emma Kullberg shows her pace to get onto it and lifts the shot goalwards.

Hannah Hampton tips it over the bar and Brighton then appeal for a penalty as the resulting corner is taken short and whipped it to hit Jordan Nobbs' arm.

I'm not sure how much the Villa midfielder knew about that, though.

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

It's early days but a win for Leicester here would be huge at the bottom of the table. It would put them right back in touch with Reading, Brighton and Tottenham. Liverpool will be looking over their shoulders too.

    Jordan Nobbs

Aston Villa are flying! Jordan Nobbs extends the lead with a superb finish.

Three goals in eight minutes and Villa are cutting through Brighton at will.

They attack down the left this time and Kirsty Hanson turns provider, picking out Nobbs with the cutback and the former Arsenal midfielder side-foots it high into the net.

I don't think many would have been expecting the Foxes to come out of the blocks like this but it's been complete one-way traffic so far.

Laws had a nasty collision with the post as she improvised a save to deny an absolute rocket from CJ Bott. Inches away.

Liverpool keeper Rachael Laws collided with the post in making that save and needs some treatment. But a spritz of the magic spray means she can carry on.

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

It's so nearly 2-0 to Leicester! They work the ball well from left to right, Catherine Bott takes aim from 25 yards, it takes a deflection and Rachael Laws adjusts well to turn the ball onto the crossbar and away!

    Kirsty Hanson

Two goals in two minutes and Villa lead. That's a brilliant goal!

Jordan Nobbs drives forward from midfield, gets to the edge of the area, slips the ball to her right to Kenza Dali on the overlap.

Dali crosses first time, hanging it up to the far post where Kirsty Hanson is arriving for a simple finish. Lovely team goal.

    Lucy Staniforth

Now Villa have had a chance and they're level!

It's another corner, from the left this time, and Kenza Dali is right on the money.

Lucy Staniforth rises highest and plants the header in at the near post. No chance for Lydia Williams in the Brighton goal.

    Brighton 1-0 Aston Villa

Villa have responded well to going behind and are starting to force Brighton back.

No real chances of note yet but they're starting to crank up the pressure on the hosts' backline.

    Liverpool 0-1 Leicester

What a weapon that is - Liverpool defender Megan Campbell launches a huge long throw into the heart of the Leicester penalty area but the visitors manage to get it away.

    Wow!

Leicester strike first and have been by far the better of the sides so far.

A quick bit of thinking from Hannah Cain to peel off her marker and receive the short ball before tucking it past Rachael Laws.

The Foxes are fighting to stave off relegation.

    Hannah Cain (8 mins)

Well there you go! It had been coming and the strugglers lead!

A short corner is pulled back to the near post, Hannah Cain drops off and fires in a low shot through a crowd of bodies and into the back of the net. It was the Darren Anderton-Teddy Sheringham corner, for fans of a certain vintage...

    Liverpool 0-0 Leicester

It's all Leicester at the moment. You wouldn't know the visitors have had the fewest shots (98), fewest shots on target (31), scored the fewest goals (5), have the worst shot conversion rate (5.1%) and the lowest expected goals tally (5.8) of any side in the WSL this season.

    Brighton 1-0 Aston Villa

It's been a very lively start to this game and both sides have had chances since the goal.

Lee Geum-Min strode forward but shot wide from the edge of the box before Rachel Daly got in behind the Brighton defence and rounded Lydia Williams, only for the offside flag to go up.
