So red for Bruno for that challenge, fair enough. But really highlights the shocking lack of quality and consistency with the officials when you have that and the exact same challenge from Fabinho at the weekend.

Will Bruno miss the final after the red card?

I think it is a red.

I don't think Guimaraes did it deliberately but the referee is within his rights to say he is not in control.

Oh that looks nasty. Bruno Guimaraes is going to get a yellow here. He's left one one Samuel Edozie. That'll be at least a yellow.

    It's a great run.

There were players in front of Guimaraes but he wasn't releasing that ball. If it was inside the post then the keeper was not getting there.

Don't think Man Utd will be worrying too much (with respect NFFC) after watching this!

It's a beautiful reverse pass to Armstong.

    That was a big moment.

If Newcastle didn't know beforehand, then they know now. This game is not over.

    What. A. Chance.

Romeo Lavia cuts the Newcastle defence apart with a superb pass into Adam Armstrong but the Saints forward can't lift the ball over Nick Pope who saves.

It looked easier to go round the Newcastle keeper to be honest.

The former Magpies forward can't believe it.

Southampton are the better team by a distance in this second half. They have got much more control of the ball. They haven't created many chances but they didn't in the first half and still managed to score.
