There's that Fernandes scowl again. This time it's more warranted as he is fouled by a couple of Barca men in the middle of the pitch.

We haven't spoken about Wout Weghorst tonight and he is a bit of the odd one out for me. He has started every game and we are still waiting to see if he is good enough for this Manchester United side and I don't think he is.

Barca are threatening to really turn this tie their way.

They shift the ball really well when they come forward and have some pesky forwards for the home lads to combat.

The ball is floated to the back post, where Bruno Fernandes is lurking. He has a man for company and can only tamely volley at Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

There are players dropping everywhere to try and win fouls. Robert Lewandowski is the latest to the test the ref, who is unmoved. Who'd be an official, eh?

Ronald Araujo is limping over to the touchline to get a bit of treatment. It looks like a patch-up-and-crack-on job.

David de Gea gets a full hand to it but only manages to put it off the post and it still goes in.

We are talking about big games, the one thing you have to eradicate is mistakes. Bruno Fernandes is still arguing, he needs to get a grip of himself, he has played a couple of sloppy passes. Now he has given away the penalty and he owes the team.

Manchester United can argue all they like about that decision but once Bruno Fernandes grabs his opponent's arm, he is giving the referee a decision to make.

It might have been soft but if the United skipper doesn't touch the player, he can't go down.

There is fury in this home crowd now.

They feel cheated.

Luke Shaw goes down under a challenge on the edge of the box but the referee waves play on.

You don't need to ask Bruno Fernandes twice to get in the ref's face and plead his case. Even more so when he's just made a big error that has cost his team.

It looks like a penalty. It is so stupid to pull a man down inside the penalty area in a situation where Alejandro Balde is going away from goal.

Yep, the penalty stands.

Alejandro Balde turns really well in the box after a cross is half-cleared and he is dragged down by Bruno Fernandes. He has clearly hooked him enough.

The home fans and players are not happy, but I'd be amazed if this is overturned by VAR.

The thing about Robert Lewandowski is that he is not just goals. He has really added providing goals to his game and I don't know what the stats are for that but it is something to watch out for.

Rashford again... but Jules Kounde stands his ground and tackles cleanly on the edge of the box to see off the threat.

No prizes for guessing who Barca fear the most in this United side. Marcus Rashford gathers the ball wide left and the away side and scrambling, forced to concede a corner that they are then able to defend well.
