    Nantes 0-2 Juventus

    Juventus want a penalty.

Moise Kean stumbles over in the box and it looks like Charles Traore might catch him on his heel but Kean seems to have tripped himself up, to be honest.

    Referee says no.

    This game is crazy.

As was the case last week most of the goals are happening in this tie.

Leverkusen now lead by an aggregate score of 5-4 thanks to Amine Adli.

Wissam Ben Yedder almost responds immediately but his shot hits the under side of the bar.

    Nantes 0-2 Juventus

Angel di Maria is getting booed now, which seems a bit silly.

Juventus just probing for a third to really see this tie off. Damage limitation for 10-man Nantes.

  4. Weghorst is the Man Utd number 10published at 19:01 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

As expected, Casemiro, Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho are in Manchester United's starting line-up, in addition to Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is preferred to Diogo Dalot at right-back.

Uefa have striker Wout Weghorst occupying the number 10 role, with in-form Marcus Rashford as the main striker.

Rashford has scored 24 goals this season, including an incredible 16 goals in 17 appearances since the World Cup.

The 25-year-old has scored in his past five games.

You would expect Juventus to just stroll home now.

They're happy to just keep possession in the middle of the park at the moment.

    Man Utd v Barcelona (20:00GMT)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Old Trafford

To underline, the winners of tonight's game will play at home in the first leg of the last 16 next month.

UEFA regulations state teams from the same country cannot play each other, which would rule Arsenal out as potential opponents for Manchester United.

But it doesn't say anything about not playing the team you already played against in the group phase.

That could mean a United rematch with Real Sociedad.

Union Saint-Gilloise, the Belgian team owner by Brighton chairman Tony Bloom, are another potential opponent.

Of course, before they look too far ahead, Erik ten Hag's side have a pretty formidable obstacle to overcome at Old Trafford.

    HT: Nantes 0-2 Juventus

Just watching it again and that really was a superb goal from Angel di Maria to open the scoring for Juventus.

Curling, dipped at the perfect moment, powerful. Superb.

Nicolas Pallois might think himself a bit unlucky for receiving a red card for the handball and giving away a penalty for the second but Juventus are well in control of this tie.

  11. Takeover compromise for Man Utd fans?published at 18:41 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

Man Utd v Barcelona (20:00 GMT)

Takeover talk at Old Trafford is in full flow but the future remains unclear.

Sheikh Jassim from Qatar and Ineos boss Sir Jim Ratcliffe have both approaches to buy the club, while other equity groups have pledged to provide financial support which could see the Glazers staying.

Leon Davis, senior lecturer in events management at Teesside University, said:

“There will never be the perfect owner, and most fans understand this. What’s going through a fan’s mind is what they are willing to compromise for their love of the football club.

“Debt is the main concern for Manchester United fans, and the resentment towards the Glazers’ will mean that nothing less of a complete exit will be satisfactory. With that in mind, the only offer that appears to guarantee a clean slate of debt is the Qatari bid.

"It may be the case that United fans are willing to compromise issues of morality with the chance to tap into unlimited funds to improve a decaying stadium, training ground, and assembling a world-class squad.”

“The bid from Elliott Management adds more worry and confusion, as this could mean the Glazer family remains in charge, prolonging the long-broken relationship with the fans. The Qatari bid may be the best of a bad bunch.”

  12. Ten Hag - Man Utd have 'fantastic chance'published at 18:39 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

    Man Utd v Barcelona (20:00GMT)

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Old Trafford

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag wants unity between his players on the pitch and the club's fans in the stands tonight.

In his programme notes, he says this: "The first leg demonstrated these two clubs are moving in the right direction.

"Tonight, if we hold ourselves accountable to our own rules and standards, if players and fans push each other and we show the same fearlessness as last Thursday we have a fantastic chance of reaching the next round."

  13. Half-time scorespublished at 18:36 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

Half time across the continent so let's have a look at how things stand:

    Nantes 0-2 Juventus (agg 1-3)

    PSV 0-0 Sevilla (agg 0-3)

Monaco 1-2 Bayer Leverkusen (agg 4-4)

    Midtjylland 0-1 Sporting (agg 1-2)

It's pretty delicately poised in most of these.

  14. Postpublished at 18:29 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

    Nantes 0-2 Juventus

Close to a third for Juventus as Manuel Locatelli fires off a shot from range, but it flies narrowly wide.

That really would wrap up the tie.

  15. RED CARDpublished at 18:25 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

    Midtjylland 0-1 Sporting CP

    Well that's a bit silly.

Midtjylland's Paulinho was booked just two minutes ago and he makes a silly challenge on Ricardo Esgaio for his second yellow of the night.

A goal down and 10 men, it's not looking good for the Danish side.

  16. Postpublished at 18:22 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

    PSV 0-0 Sevilla

So far it's just PSV against Sevilla which is goalless in our early games.

You got anything for us, folks?

That one is pretty much already wrapped up with Sevilla winning the first leg 3-0. Unless PSV can pull off something special, of course.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 18:17 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

    Nantes 0-2 Juventus

Nantes make a change as Pedro Chirivella makes way for Charles Traore.

Nantes down to 10 men, don't forget with 15 minutes or so to go in the first half. That's a long, long way to go a man down.

  18. goal

    GOAL - Midtjylland 0 - 1 Sporting CPpublished at 18:15 Greenwich Mean Time 23 February 2023

This PSV vs Sevilla game is rubbish. Arsenal, and Man Utd if they get past Barca, should really fancy their chances of winning this Europa League.
