We're back in action in South Yorkshire and this one is well poised.

On the other hand, Albion will close within two points of the play-off places if they can find a winner.

    Who's your money on?

What a half for Rotherham captain Jordan Hugill. The ex-West Brom man has been getting stick from the away fans after a difficult spell at The Hawthorns two years ago.

He’s missed some big chances and then gave away a penalty to boot! But the Baggies have struggled to deal with Rotherham’s set pieces and Hugill was in the right place to head home from a corner.

He immediately wheeled away with his finger to his lips. He could have soon had a second too but the goal line technology said otherwise.

That from a melee from another corner, with shouts of handball too! But after a breathless end, we’re level at the break.

    Millwall 0-0 Luton

As things stand Luton are moving up to third, a point above Middlesbrough, and will be five points behind second-placed Sheffield United.

However, the Hatters will have played two more games than the Blades come full-time.

If it stays like this then Burnley could win promotion to the Premier League with victory at Middlesbrough in the late kick-off.

Millwall have a five-point buffer to seventh-placed Norwich at the moment.

Twenty minutes to go between these play-off challengers and the two managers may be looking towards their benches.

Can a substitute come on and change this game?

Luton are still looking for their first shot on target.

Albion got the lead from the penalty but Rotherham hit back straight away.

Albion have been second best in midfield and that's allowed Rotherham to drive forward.

Carlos Corberan will not be happy with a lot of the play. They got the advantage and they should have built on that and they didn't.

  11. Postpublished at 13:57 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

    Millwall 0-0 Luton

It's been a game for the purists at The Den.

There has been little to separate these sides for most of the season and they've cancelled each other out so far this afternoon.

Luton have threatened a couple of times in the past five minutes, but Millwall have defended their box well.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:57 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

Rotherham United 1-1 West Bromwich Albion

It's been some half of football and Rotherham will be baffled how they're only level after Jordan Hugill cancelled out John Swift's penalty for the visitors.

The hosts have had 14 attempts before the break, with six on target, two more than Albion.

Could the misses come back to bite the Millers?

  13. CLOSE!published at 13:52 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

Rotherham United 1-1 West Bromwich Albion

Jordan Hugill may have scored in just three games this season, but he's so close to adding his second of the afternoon.

Joshua Griffiths got down well to save Chiedozie Ogbene's drive, and moments later Hugill's header is deflected off the line.

  14. CLOSE!published at 13:51 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

    Millwall 0-0 Luton

George Saville floats the ball into the box towards the back post.

Left-back Murray Wallace rises and heads the ball over the bar and onto the roof of the net. No danger for Hatters keeper Ethan Horvath.

Moments later Andreas Voglsammer latches onto a long ball over the top but can't evade two Luton defenders some eight yards out.

The Lions are stirring as we hit the hour mark in south-east London.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:49 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

    Millwall 0-0 Luton

Millwall get a free-kick some 30 yards out after Alfie Doughty clattered into Danny McNamara.

The referee played an advantage but then came back to award the foul, and Doughty goes into the book.

It's central and a good chance for the Lions to work a set piece...

That's a poor time to give a goal away, just before half-time. It's a free header for Jordan Hugill and he shouldn't be allowed that in the six-yard box.

    That's poor defending from Albion.

This game needs a spark from somewhere.

  19. CLOSE!published at 13:42 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

Rotherham United 0-1 West Bromwich Albion

The pressure may be on Rotherham, but they've responded well to falling behind.

Shane Ferguson makes space for the shot, but Joshua Griffiths is quickly off his line to make the stop.

The game's been chock full of chances, and the Millers will see themselves as unlucky to be behind.

  20. Postpublished at 13:40 British Summer Time 7 April 2023

Luton striker Carlton Morris gets on the ball twice in the Millwall area in the opening three minutes of the second half.

First time he is pushed wide and can't find a team-mate and the second time his touch lets him down and he commits a foul.
