FT: Reading 1-1 Wigan

Final Score
Wigan just couldn't hold out for the nine minutes of injury time needed to keep the fight going to the final day.
Cruel that after he'd kept Wigan in it for so long, goalkeeper Jamie Jones got stranded in his box for the Yakou Meite equaliser.
He fell to the ground at the final whistle with the rest of his side in their away black.
The Wigan fans filtered out quietly, many of them will have seen their side win the FA Cup in 2013 - those highs must feel very far away today.
FT: Plymouth Argyle 1-0 Burton Albion

Having finally cleared the pitch invasion Plymouth's players are back out on the field.
Chants of 'we are going up' can be heard all around Home Park.
What a time for Argyle fans.
FT: Ipswich 6-0 Exeter

Final Score at Portman Road
Ipswich fans spilled onto the pitch at full-time, but those that did were quickly reprimanded by their fellow fans who wanted to see their players back on the pitch. The promotion hoardings are coming out - the players will be soon to celebrate their return after four seasons.
FT: Hartlepool 3-1 Barrow

Final Score
The Hartlepool players were applauded off the pitch by their fans after they did all they could to avoid relegation.
But Crawley’s point at home to Walsall condemns them to a return to the National League after two seasons.
With the club up for sale there is a lot of uncertainty here but Hartlepool showed today there is plenty to build on.
One relegation spot to be filled
At the bottom, Wigan's failure to beat Reading means the Latics suffer an immediate return to League One.
The point doesn't do much for the Royals, who could be relegated before the final day when they face Huddersfield.
The Terriers are in action tomorrow at Cardiff and then host Sheffield United on Thursday.
Rotherham can secure their survival if the Millers beat Middlesbrough on Monday.
How it stands
Here's what today's results have done to the Championship play-off race.
Sunderland missed the chance to move back into the top six after they could only draw against Watford.
Preston and Swansea can no longer burst into the play-off places, and it's looking unlikely for West Brom and Norwich, who meet at 17:30.
Eighth-placed Blackburn aren't in action until Monday, when they face Luton.
