It has been a good start from Brighton.

They look really calm in possession. They tend to average 62% or 63% in the Premier League. It's a huge improvement from a year ago and they like to take risks.

Brighton are spraying the ball around the Wembley turf in a confident manner. If they're suffering from any nerves then they're not showing it.

Manchester United are smarting from their loss in midweek and I'm expecting a reaction from them.

Brighton are playing as well as any side in England at the moment and they have so much attacking talent.

This should be a great game.

Kaoru Mitoma wasn't used much under Graham Potter but Roberto de Zerbi has found the best way to use him.

He's got incredible ability. What a season he is having. He can hurt teams and it is another example of Brighton's great recruitment process.

It was noticeable there were plenty of empty seats at Wembley for yesterday's semi-final.

That is not the case today.

Clearly, Brighton is much nearer the capital than Manchester or Sheffield and plenty of their supporters are here.

They are making a lot of noise - and also did a pretty impressive communal flag waving exercise just now.

The sun is out and the noise levels are off the scale as the players of Manchester United and Brighton & Hove Albion emerge from tunnel.

One end of Wembley is all blue, the other red. Cracking atmosphere.

Lewis Dunk starts every attack, that sounds crazy, but he's almost like the quarter back and he encourages players to press him.

You've got to be brave on the ball and wait for the right opportunities but that creates the chances further up the field.

Brighton's path to the semi-finals includes a 92nd-minute winner by Kaoru Mitoma to knockout holders Liverpool.

The Seagulls have scored 13 times in four ties but this is only the second time they have faced Premier League opposition after wins over Middlesbrough (5-1 away), Stoke (1-0 away) and Grimsby (5-0 home).

"United is a big team and we are fighting to become a great team also.

"We will play with our quality. We need to show our quality and mentality. We have a great attitude in this moment and we need to play with enthusiasm and passion.

"I'm lucky because I have great players and great people around me."

Manchester United

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, speaking to BBC One: "We are annoyed after Thursday it was a big opportunity and we let it go. We had a poor performance and we need to bounce back.

"You can't separate performance and attitude. It has to be a winning attitude, you need to support each other and you need to start every game by winning duels. We have a plan but when it doesn't work you need to react.

"Luke Shaw is capable of it [playing at centre back]. He knows what to do there. Brighton drop a lot and then come forward and arrive in the box. Luke knows how to deal with it.

"We had to put him there due to Harry Maguire's suspension and injuries to Varane and Martinez.

"Brighton leave a lot of space in behind so the pace of Marcus [Rashford], Antony and Anthony Martial, we need to try and expose that."

I'd be very sad if David de Gea's season is defined by that game against Sevilla. The improvement he has made to his game has been impressive.

He has never been asked to play out from the back, he has never been asked to take part in build-up play as much as he has this season.

He's taking up the challenge and he has done quite well.

Brighton's fans have clearly not forgotten Aaron Wan-Bissaka's Crystal Palace past.

The Manchester United defender's name was booed by the Brighton supporters when it was read out over the tannoy.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag says he will "not accept a team that is not giving its best". United crashed out of the Europa League quarter-finals on Thursday after a 3-0 defeat against Sevilla.

"As a manager, I cannot accept a team that is not giving its best. I will never accept it," added Ten Hag. "I made them aware of my feelings. They didn't manage the standards of how I manage a team in professional football.

"Even if you don't play at the highest level we still have to win. That is what we have to learn. If we have setbacks, we have to stick to the plan, stick to the game. You have to keep the confidence."

I watched Brighton against Chelsea last weekend and - yes, we know Chelsea are having a bad time of it right now - Roberto de Zerbi's side absolutely destroyed them.

Brighton picked up a couple of injuries in that game, with striker Evan Ferguson and defender Joel Veltman both forced off in the first half.

They just got on with it against Chelsea and they won't change the way they play in this game - I think they will have too much for Manchester United.

Sutton's prediction: Brighton to win 3-2.
