Guro Reiten plays it through to Sam Kerr who tries to get a shot off but it's well blocked. Lauren James has a chance but again Lyon defend resolutely.

Chelsea are throwing bodies forward now, they need a goal. Corner.

Lyon have had the upper hand for the last five minutes and they have scored at a crucial time.

If I was Emma Hayes now I would be saying ‘Stay in the game, stay switched on. It is crucial we don't concede another one'.

They need to try and take control of this game again.

Almost silence at Stamford Bridge following that goal apart from the few hundred travelling fans at the far end of the stadium.

You just knew Lyon wouldn't be beaten easily and they have been building pressure this half.

Wow.

It felt like it was coming.

I thought Ann-Katrin Berger had managed to get a hand on it but it has managed to creep it’s way into the net.

Corner for Chelsea and Guro Reiten takes. She finds Sam Kerr at the near post but a Lyon defender beats her to it and makes the block.

It comes back out to Reiten who decides to have a pop on goal herself but it's straight into the hands of Christiane Endler.

Eve Perisset is definitely struggling with something and she makes way for Maren Mjelde.

Lyon make a change of their own as Vicky Becho comes on for Amel Majri.

After that lengthy stop we are back underway.

As we had that break in play the cameras showed Chelsea men's players Marc Cucurella and Reece James in the crowd watching on.

Oh and now we have another break in play.

Eve Perisset looks like she is struggling with a rib injury.

There’s a lot of blood coming from Melania Leupolz’s nose.

I don’t think there was any intention from Danielle van de Donk.

It certainly caught her.

Looks a painful one for Melanie Leupolz who was still struggling to stop the blood as she walked off the pitch.

A really nasty injury for Melanie Leupolz and she is in tears as she makes her way down the touchline. It looks like they have stopped the blood flowing from her nose but her night is done.

Melanie Leupolz is still down and in a bit of bother with what looks like a busted nose.

Sophie Ingle is getting ready to come on.

Oh wow, Melania Leupolz took a hand to the face from Danielle van de Donk.

No malice in it but she stays on the deck as play continues until the referee halts play and Leupolz sits up to show her face is absolutely covered in blood.

Looks a very sore one.

Erin Cuthbert reads the play and where the danger is.

She puts her body on the line. She’s really aggressive.

Her and Danielle van de Donk are having a right ding dong in the middle. It’s great to watch.

Cuthbert is coming out on top.

Ada Hegerberg beats Kadeisha Buchanan to a header from a looping cross from midfield but was just a little off balance and couldn't get a clean connection.

A glimpse of her threat, though.

Oh cheeky Erin Cuthbert.

She nips the ball away from Delphine Cascarino and then Lauren James does well to calmly carry the ball away from the danger in the middle of the park.
