I can’t speak highly enough of Lauren James.

For me, in the next few years she will be the best player in the world. The quality she has, she oozes class.

If Chelsea want to win this game they’ve got to get her in the game.

Every time Chelsea get the ball up to Lauren James or Sam Kerr they look extremely dangerous. Lyon have struggled to defend the spaces centrally. In contrast, Chelsea have kept Lyon's attacks restricted to wide areas. The only problem is Lyon are decent in the air and they have still created chances from crosses.

Lauren James finds Sam Kerr in space in the middle of the area but Kerr can't quite untangle her feet and Vanessa Gilles is there to clear the danger.

She has been excellent so far.

Another corner for Chelsea. Guro Reiten whips it in but it's cleared at the near post by Vanessa Gilles.

It comes out to Lauren James and Danielle van de Donk has to concede the free-kick to prevent James getting away.

Chelsea are just starting to actually play some of the football we have come accustomed to seeing from the Women's Super League champions.

Vanessa Gilles manages to get a big block in after Guro Reiten had got free down the the left-hand side.

Delphine Cascarino sends a decent delivery out to Sign Bruun at the far post. She chests it down and gets the shot off on the half-volley but it's straight into the gloves of Ann-Katrin Berger.

Berger not happy there, she thought there was an offside in the build-up.

Sam Kerr shrugs off Vanessa Gilles on the left-hand side and plays a square ball across to Melanie Leupolz just outside the penalty area.

She had time and space to think about that shot but it's not the best effort and Leupolz sends it over the bar.

You expect a reaction so that you can prove your manager wrong.

It’s embarrassing but Lauren James is here now and she’s having a good game.

Sam Kerr gets in behind the Lyon defence from a lovely looped ball but Lyon goalkeeper Christiane Endler reads the situation really well and comes right out of her goal to calmly clear the danger.

Lyon look so much more confident. They look so much more connected.

This is a much better performance than the first leg.

Bit of a scramble in the box as Danielle van de Donk finds herself in a bit of space, lashes a shot off but it's blocked by Magdalena Eriksson and van de Donk has another go but Chelsea manage to stop the shot again.
