The game is starting to settle in Celtic's favour. The Rangers spark has gone from their press.

Celtic are knocking the ball around more smoothly.

Rangers left-back Borna Barisic is the first player to go into the book after a crunching challenge on Matt O'Riley in the lead up to that second Allan McGregor save.

Allan McGregor to the rescue for Rangers as the veteran goalkeeper beats away shots from Alastair Johnston and Jota at the near post in quick succession.

It's the turn of the Celtic centre-backs, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt, to clear their lines as Rangers win a couple of corners.

Celtic win a free-kick 22 yards out and Connor Goldson does well to head clear Matt O'Riley's flighted cross into the six-yard box.

The threat from the green and white end is ramping up, although Goldson is to the rescue again as he challenges Cameron Carter-Vickers and the free-kick is awarded.

Rangers started the brighter, but Celtic are beginning to stretch their city rivals' defence and Connor Goldson has to concede a corner as Kyogo races on a danger through ball.

James Tavernier does well to put pressure on Daizen Maeda as the Celtic forward is unable to direct his back-post header on target.

Rangers are getting into good positions, but they are causing their own problems by being sloppy in possession.

Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell drives forward, but he is on his own, surrounded by Celtic players on the halfway line.

He goes down under a challenge from Alastair Johnson, but the former Norwich City man looks to have recovered.

It's end to end, Kyogo wins the ball just inside the Rangers half, Daizen Maeda is played in just outside the penalty box, but the Japan forward's touch is poor and goalkeeper Allan McGregor gathers.

Rangers are quickly up the other end and goalkeeper Joe Hart's flying punch clears Borna Barisic's out-swinging cross.
