Frank Lampard makes five changes to the Chelsea side that drew 2-2 with Newcastle United, with Kepa, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Cesar Azpilcueta, Kai Havertz and Wesley Fofana coming in.

West Ham are going to have one eye on the Europa Conference final, especially this late in the game.

Sam Allardyce seems to have recognised that and is telling his Leeds players to make this a dogfight for the last 20 minutes so they can try and take a win from this game.

So, should Brighton see this out, the three points will not only mean European football is theirs - but they are within touching distance of a Europa League place.

That's because their goal difference of 20 is vastly superior to that of seventh-placed Aston Villa (four).

The Seagulls still have two games to come after this too - first against champions Manchester City on Wednesday, before ending the season against Villa.

That was almost calamitous for Leeds.

Manager Sam Allardyce was furious with Pascal Struijk because he had not gone up for the visitors' corner.

Struijk responded to Allardyce's rage by making his way into the Leeds box but no-one dropped out of the West Ham penalty area to cover.

It meant West Ham were briefly two-on-one after Lucasz Fabianski came to collect and set up a counter.

The visitors need to get their communication right.

There's a break in play at the moment as Tomás Soucek receives a bit of treatment. Sam Allardyce takes it as an opportunity to have a quick chat with some of his players.

Aaronson will want to get on the ball a lot more than Forshaw and he should be able to help Leeds edge up the field.

Just under 30 minutes remaining. A draw won't be enough to ensure Leeds go into the final round of games with their destiny in their own hands.

Leeds need an injection of energy and Sam Allardyce turns to his bench. Off go Jack Harrison and Adam Forshaw and they are replaced by Crysencio Summerville and Brenden Aaronson.

The Leeds fans have just given a rendition of 'Marching on Together' but overall, they are very quiet.

Given the trouble their side is in, I would expect them to be right behind them at the moment but they just appear nervous.

I'm not sure they really believe Leeds have it in them to get out of this.

Five minutes will be added on at the end of the first half. Brighton are keeping the ball and looking very comfortable, as Alex McCarthy boots a goal-kick straight out of play.

Jack Harrison sends a really good cross to the far post but Weston McKennie and Wilfried Gnonto get in each other's way as they try to connect.

That was a good opportunity for Leeds.

The whole Leeds team is in the last 30 yards of the pitch and they have no out ball now.

Every time they do get hold of it they give it straight back to West Ham.

Mohamed Elyounoussi becomes the third Southampton player to be shown a yellow card in this first half, after catching Julio Enciso on the back of the leg.

Saints have not had a shot on target so far as half-time approaches.

Leeds are having to dig deep at the moment because West Ham are well on top.

Tomás Soucek does well to get a cross in under pressure but there's no Hammers player in the box waiting for it.

West Ham have started this half better and Joel Robles has to be alert to get across and push away a fierce Lucas Paqueta's strike.

Seconds later Rodrigo appears to be in and is one-on-one with Lukasz Fabianski. The Leeds forward's shot is saved but the flag then goes up for offside anyway and it is pretty clear he was expecting it.
