Big, big chance for Southampton!

The visitors break and Brighton are instantly in trouble. Theo Walcott takes a defender with him before feeding the ball to an unmarked Carlos Alcaraz, who fails to hit the target. Ruben Selles can't believe it.

No complaints from Jan Bednarek, that's as clear a yellow card as you'll see.

The Saints defender completely wipes out Alexis Mac Allister in the middle of the pitch to halt Brighton's progress.

Leeds have both scored and conceded in each of their last 12 league matches, the longest such run in their history, while in the Premier League.

Only Everton (16 in January 2013), Aston Villa (15 in March 2008), and Liverpool (13 in August 1997) have ever had longer spells.

Leeds have ramped it back up again and started to enjoy a bit of possession.

They need to try and find Gnonto high up the pitch so he can try and get beyond Coufal.

Moises Caicedo tries his luck from distance after being teed up by Alexis Mac Allister, but his shot is straight at Alex McCarthy. A first shot on target, and it's a comfortable one for McCarthy.

A couple of minutes to go until half time and Leeds are on the attack - they look so much better if they go for it rather than adopt a cautious approach. I suppose they will rightly be wary of the West Ham counter, which has almost caught them out a couple of times.

It's all Brighton once again, and it's beginning to feel a matter of time before Roberto De Zerbi's side find the opener they crave. Southampton are struggling to get out.

Zahi: Kane should’ve taken a page out of Rice’s book and left when was in the early 20s. Would’ve probably had at least 1 ballon D’or by now and bags of trophies.

Sulaimon Adelekan: Declan Rice was criticized for not adding goals to his game but he has responded with goals in recent times for both club and country.

Another flowing West Ham counter attack almost results in a goal as Pablo Fornals first prevents Wilfried Gnonto from getting a shot away in the Leeds box before the Hammers break quickly down the flank and Joel Robles saves smartly to deny Emerson.

Kaoru Mitoma drives into the box and just has to pick his spot, but he curls his shot wide of the target. Big let-off for Southampton, who were exposed for the first time there.

I don't think fans are going to hold it against Declan Rice if he does leave at the end of the season.

If he's in a team full of top quality players he can achieve so much.

He's done so much for this club and is still doing it today in potentially his final home match for West Ham.

Julio Enciso rolls a harmless low cross into the box which is gathered by Alex McCarthy, but it just looked as though Lyanco pulled up a bit as he moved back to shield the ball. The Saints defender is carrying on for now, though.

Skully: That was coming. Rice has been West Ham's biggest threat, and didn't he take it sweetly.

David Ljunggren: Well if you can’t defend better than that you are definitely going down. Dear oh dear.

Carlos Alcaraz tries to create an opening as Southampton get themselves into the Brighton half for the first time, but the hosts quickly close any spaces down and force the Saints all the way back.

A disastrous few minutes for Leeds, who lose their lead and their main goal scoring threat.

It was a fabulous goal, with brilliant passes from Pablo Fornals and Jarrod Bowen.

This could be Declan Rice's last game at the London Stadium as a West Ham player.

If it is, he has found a memorable way to bow out.
