To a certain point yes, [you can credit Leicester's defending] - they have defended their box very well.

They have got bodies in front of the ball, plenty of blocks and last-ditch tackles. But, there has been an enormous amount of luck.

Newcastle have hit the woodwork twice. It may be down to poor finishing from them rather than great defending from Leicester.

They've been a bit tepid, haven't got into their full flow. The atmosphere has gone a bit flat.

Newcastle have hit the woodwork twice. They are prodding and probing Leicester. But without Joelinton and Joe Willock, they have lacked their trademark intensity.

The visitors are sat in and making it difficult, but they are just clearing to nobody. It is down to Newcastle to make something happen.

Leicester's game plan has worked for now. They have not come remotely close to any form of attack but they have kept Newcastle out and they are in this game. Newcastle, as it stands, are qualifying for the Champions League.

A rare break for Leicester as Jamie Vardy tries to play a one-two with Wilfred Ndidi but runs straight into Fabian Schar.

Another nice Newcastle move breaks down at the key moment as Sean Longstaff beats the defender but slips as he's about to shoot.

Another error by Daniel Iversen as he completely misses the ball. Callum Wilson is unmarked at the back post and should score but heads it over. He did see it late but on his form, you'd have backed him.

You know what, it feels like the 12th night in a row that Leicester have been in action on a Monday, but it's actually only the fourth.

"I don’t like playing Monday nights, I don’t think it’s right," boss Dean Smith last after last week's 3-0 defeat by Liverpool.

Bruno Guimaraes' chipped pass is cleared but Newcastle are really pushing Leicester now. They are pinned in and balls are coming in from all angles. Another corner to defend now.

Leicester's defence is cracking slightly.

Fabian Schar heads it back to Miguel Almiron and his half volley smashes against the post.

The one good thing you can say about Leicester is that they have defended the box very well.

The midfielders and forwards are starved of any sort of possession and they are relying on maybe getting the odd counter attack - they've not been keeping the ball well enough to do that [though].

It only takes one Newcastle goal though. Then their plan goes out the window and Leicester will have to come out and play.

What is Daniel Iversen doing?

Under pressure from Dan Burn, the keeper fumbles it, it hits the post, bounces out to Callum Wilson and his header is cleared off the line by Wilfred Ndidi.
