Sarina Wiegman has a sheet of paper which is presumably a list of the penalty takers' names.
She consults one of her staff members quickly then gathers everyone around.
Georgia Stanway is England's penalty taker and we know Chloe Kelly will be on it. Rachel Daly and Alex Greenwood are also potential takers.
Goalkeeper Mary Earps has gone to one side with her coach to analyse an tablet with information on it.
Ellen White
Former England striker on BBC One
Based on what happened yesterday with USA v Sweden it gives England hope.
We've also been through a shootout before. I'm just so nervous!
FT: England 0-0 Nigeria
Anita Asante
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live
I'm feeling tense. I'm on the edge of my seat.
This was a tight, tight game and England haven't been at the level for the majority of the match.
Nigeria will potentially feel aggrieved that they haven't won it.
FT: England 0-0 Nigeria
And now you have to start wondering about the psychology of the situation. Having survived nearly 40 minutes with a player less and Nigeria having so many chances, will England go into the shootout seeing this as a big chance, while the Super Falcons head in deflated?
England 0-0 Nigeria
OK, let's do this dance again, shall we?!

Sweden rode their luck for 120 minutes and in penalties to get through vs USA. Maybe Nigeria will be so frustrated if they don't win in extra time they will bottle the shootout....
Tim
Yeah, we've lacked any edge, even with 11 players. But let's not ignore the fight of our shattered defenders, who've ridden their luck but repelled a lot of pressure. Come on Earps, world no 1!

Former England and Manchester City goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live
I'm just thinking about Keira Walsh coming off there.
Starting her was obviously the best call for the team, but it is a big ask to bring Zelem on with only a few minutes to go.
England 0-0 Nigeria
Three added minutes. And then we get stuck into a shootout.
England 0-0 Nigeria
Keira Walsh leaves the pitch and Katie Zelem - a penalty-taker for her club - comes on. Walsh put in a huge shift considering she's only just back from injury.
England 0-0 Nigeria
England almost nick it!
Millie Bright goes up to flick on a free-kick in the box but the ball skips wide of the post.
Could well have been an offside in there if someone had converted it at the back post.
England 0-0 Nigeria
Rachel Brown-Finnis
Ex-England goalkeeper on BBC One
There's not much else England can do. They have to keep fighting the fight, keeping themselves in it.
England 0-0 Nigeria
Oof. Almost the killer moment!
Asisat Oshoala turns sharply in the box but fires her shot straight at Mary Earps.

Mark: Even the most one eyed supporter would struggle to argue that England deserve anything from this game. Nigeria have been infinitely superior and after hearing the life stories about some of their players I’m kinda rooting for them now.
Edd: Credit where it's due. Nigeria have been the better team physically all game. Faster, stronger and fitter.
Rachel: Who wants it more? Who can keep it together? Who has their lucky socks on? Too many questions for a Monday morning but that’s the Women's World Cup for ya.
England 0-0 Nigeria
We've got a break in play as two players nurse head injuries following a challenge. Rachel Daly is quickly back to her feet, followed shortly after by Rasheedat Ajibade.
Four to go.
England 0-0 Nigeria

England are digging so deep.
England 0-0 Nigeria
The England defence have been really good in this game. They've had to work so, so hard throughout.
Nigeria make another change. Toni Payne is off and Desire Oparanozie is on - an experienced, calm head who you would expect to feature in a potential shootout.
England 0-0 Nigeria

Bringing on Beth England, who is used to working as a sole forward at Spurs, is a good move.
We know she will chase and chase and chase up top.
England 0-0 Nigeria
England doing what they need to. They're managing to win headers at the back and then keep hold of the ball in midfield.
They need to stem the waves of attacks.
