Congrats to Forest, incredible results at home and all three promoted sides safe now. Congrats to City, great mentality but for those saying if not for City's juggernaut Arsenal did well, Arsenal's maximum of 84 points has been good enough for the title only two times in the last 20 years.

Steve Cooper has performed a miracle there. Took Forest from the relegation places to promotion in the play offs, had to totally rebuild his squad in the shortest ever close season and still managed to keep Forest up whilst having to justify his position on a weekly basis. Criminally underrated manager.

Forest secure Premier League survival
Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest boss Steve Cooper, speaking to MOTD about the emotions he has gone through: "All of them and a million other things as well. Really proud of the club, supporters and players and really proud of that performance. We limited to them to very little, incredible desire and we got over the line. It was everything we wished for from today. It is what the players and the supporters particularly deserve.
"I knew coming into the season we would experience everything, wins, losses, good runs and poor runs. I knew we had to be consistent. It was really difficult for the players, a new group put together and to have the spirit we have tells you the characters we have in that dressing room.
"You can't compare it to anything else. Staying the league, signing as many players we did and the injuries, which we didn't shout about. For us to end up feeling like we have done alright this year is good because you can hear the noise, it is really good.
"This allows us to continue to build and that is what I am focused on. This club is so special and everything needs to be at a really high level. This allows us to continue to grow and to be the club we want to be.
"I am proud to work here. There is something unique about this club that captures the imagination with the history and the atmosphere. The supporters have been incredible and I and my family are indebted to them. In an era when it is easy to give up on people our supporters have done the opposite."

Man City win the Premier League
With Nottingham Forest joining Fulham and Bournemouth in safety, this is the fourth time all three sides promoted to the Premier League have avoided relegation, after 2001-02, 2011-12 and 2017-18.

Arsenal
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta: "First of all congratulations to Manchester City for winning the championship but it is a sad day for us. Now we have to face the reality, today we gave a goal away and we were not good enough to break them down. We could play for three hours and we would not have done it.
"It is my responsibility and I take it. When it is beautiful great, when it isn't, that is sport.
"The number of goals we have given to the opponents recently has cost us but we can't put the guilt on someone. We should have been better as a team and in the last few weeks we have fallen short.
"This is football. It is a very sad day, we have been working for 11 months with that aim and have been on top for so many days. We have competed but we didn't have enough.
"Now we must heal. It is very painful. I have to find a way to lift the players and we have a tough week ahead of us."

If you aren’t experienced in that [title race] situation and you haven’t been there before, then of course getting over the line is very difficult.
When you think about it, City are two games away from immortality. To have this Man United side and then Inter to be talked about in the way they will be in years to come [if they do it], if they can get the treble, remarkable, what an opportunity for them.

More from Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, speaking to BBC Sport: "The dust won't settle until the summer. We are very disappointed how it has happened but we are proud we pushed all the way.
"One team in six seasons has beaten Manchester City to the title. But it was our own doing, individual errors in games we should have won. We were in a position to win those game
"Credit to Forest, they were fighting for their lives. We knew the type of game it would be. We just couldn't break them down. We lacked that magic moment and we got punished on the counter attack.
"We pushed and pushed but couldn't break through them."

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale: "It's hard. All that hard work over months has come to an end today. We just couldn't find a way through today, credit to Forest they knew what they needed to do. We struggled to break them down.
"It's a disappointing end. We have one more game and we need to put a smile back on the fans' faces.
"We had a few games where we dropped points through individual mistakes, those three or four games is where it's gone wrong.
"Deep down we know what we have achieved. When the dust settles we will be proud but this is a learning curve for us. It is a season to be proud of for Arsenal Football Club."

There seems more of an arrogance to City, in a good way.
They are great to watch, I don’t care who you support. When you go and watch them and the way they dismantled a very experience, European Champions Real Madrid… that’s what they did, they dismantled them with ease.
They are great on the eye.
What Erling Haaland has added [with his confidence in front of goal] is that arrogance, belief and confidence. Even when he’s not scoring his runs and his presence opens up space for other players.
Man City win the Premier League
Manchester City are only the fifth club in the history of English football to win three top-flight titles in a row after Huddersfield Town (1924-1926), Arsenal (1933-1935), Liverpool (1982-1984) and Manchester United (1999-2001 & 2007-2009).

If Arsenal win their game next week, they will have picked up 34 points in the second half of the season. In the first half they had 50 and I think that's something that needs to be mentioned.
Credit to Manchester City on being able to apply the pressure but I'm surprised that Arsenal have fallen off in the way that they have. Manchester City have continually pushed and pushed.

It’s the fifth time in six seasons Manchester City have won the Premier League and it is also the 12th major honour for Pep Guardiola during his time in charge of the club.

Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan on winning a third consecutive Premier League title:
“To have helped the Club win a third straight Premier League title is something very special,” said Gundgan.
“The Premier League is without doubt the most demanding and competitive league in the world so that tells you everything about what an achievement this is.
“This squad is so talented and so special and to have been captain this season has been an enormous privilege.
“I would also like to thank Pep, all the backroom staff and everyone who works across this football club. Every single day they help provide us as players with everything we need in order to try to be successful.
“There is no way we could have won this title without all their support.
“To have won this trophy three times in a row and five times in six years is incredible. That quality and consistency helps sum up what Manchester City stand for and ensures the club will continue to strive for success going forward.
“It has been a season I will never forget.”
