That's all from us for today.
We'll be back tomorrow for three more Premier League games - Palace v Wolves, Liverpool v Villa and the old classic, Arsenal v Man Utd.
Night all.
You can read all the reaction to today's games on this very site.
Here is a few of the stories you might want to check out...
FT: Man City 5-1 Fulham
Manchester City
Man City assistant manager Juanma Lillo speaking to Match of the Day: "No game in the Premier League is easy. Yes it is true that the scoreboard is more weighted in our favour today but it does not reflect the first half that we had. It was far away from the scoreline that it looked.
"In the second we were better, I wouldn't say 5-1 better, but we went to a different level in that second period.
On Fulham's quick leveller: "You have to accept these things in football. We did that against Sheffield United last week too, but it can go against you too. When it happens for you great, when it goes for the opposition not so good.
On the controversy around Nathan Ake's goal: "My opinion doesn't matter much as I am not a manager but I will say this, last week against Sheffield United we suffered a similar goal.
"The officials explained to us that the issue is whether the player is in the line of the ball, the striker ended up clashing with Eddy [Ederson] and wasn't in the line of play, so that is why the goal was given. In this situation today Akanji is much further from the line of the play. It went against us last week but went for us today.
On Erling Haaland's hat-trick: "There are no words for him. Do not look for superlatives. Just look at his stats and that is all you need to know."
FT: Chelsea 0-1 Nottingham Forest
Chelsea
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino manager speaking to Sky Sports: "“It is so difficult because I think we should win this game but we made one mistake, one we cannot make. That is why we feel really disappointed and then we created a lot of chances but were not clinical in front of goal.
“We should be more clinical because we dominated the game and then we knew Nottingham Forest play with a low block and are difficult to break down. We made a big effort but then we made some mistakes.
"We became rash in our decisions and were not capable of scoring. It is part of the process. We need to continue working. The competition is tough, we are a young team and we need to learn from this."

To all those calling for Howe to go, remember when we sacked the last real quality manager we had in Sir Bobby Robson? That was the beginning of the demise. Pipe down and be patient.

FT: Brentford 2-2 Bournemouth
Bournemouth
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola speaking to PLP after the game:
"I think a lot of things happened in the game, there was stretches when we were better and then stretches when they were better.
"We were almost had the win, but then they equalised in the stoppage time some of our players finished tired and were struggling - we couldn't maintain the result."
On conceding early: "After this we improved and we played a very good first-half and we was pushing, the game didn't change so much in terms of the plan, but we didn't finish fresh.
"It is a good point at Brentford, but at moment's we was controlling the game and at the end we conceded too much space."
On David Brooks return: "For me they are all new players, I think from first day he has been pushing for minutes from day one, he is a very good player and scoring goals. Players from the bench are crucial, what Brooks gave us today we want to keep that intensity for 90 minutes."
FT: Man City 5-1 Fulham
Manchester City
Man City assistant manager Juanma Lillo speaking to PLP: "We weren't as fluid or incisive with the ball as we normally are. Fulham were set up very well and they chose their moments to play and attack us and press high to try and take the ball. They managed to take the ball from us more than some other opponents.
"But sometimes you just have to accept those moments within games. In the moments where we weren't doing well we always maintained our focus on what we wanted to do. In the second half it was much better and we had more tempo and fluidity, it was perfect.
On the half time message from himself/Pep: "Pep is always talking with us. We had a FaceTime just before the game, and he was contacting us on the bench and in the dressing room at half time.
"As I don't really speak English I will not deliver long passages, more just communicating with the players the little things here and there.
"Before the match we wanted to chat to get an agreement of what we wanted the players to do, then at half time he wanted us to make a few changes to the structure so we could find a way of playing that looked more like our normal selves.
On the debut of Jeremy Doku, and the switch between him and Foden on the wings: "The most important thing Jeremy did today was the effort, at no point did he lack that high level of effort. He could had had better moments in the game, but that was due to our lack of fluidity.
I spoke to Pep on this, about how to get more out of him, so we made this switch with Foden, We managed to get the ball into him more often and in better areas. Generally his introduction to the team and his performance so far has been good.
On the second goal and Fulham's frustrations: "Last week in Sheffield we had the exact same situation. Their goal was the exact same, there was a player offside. They explained to us that because Eddy [Ederson] clashed to the opposing player it was a perfectly legal goal. Akanji was less in the line of the ball today than what happened with the Sheffield United player last week."
FT: Chelsea 0-1 Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper speaking to BBC Sport: "To come here to Stamford Bridge and get a result in the way we did, is something what the players deserve after what went on at Old Trafford last week and parts of the Arsenal performance.
"On the road we have fallen short so to get up and running here today is really rewarding for everyone involved.
"One thing we have never lost here is spirit and we have given ourselves a chance to grow the level of the team, squad and evolve the playing style and really look like a team that can thrive in the Premier League. It is a long way away but we have to have the ambition to do that and days like today can help that.
"It's a decent [points] return going into the international break and the owners supported us in the transfer window and now we have to think how that looks. Staying in the league last year was always going to be the main objective but it has given us the opportunity to grow everything on and off the pitch."
On Joe Worrall: "Really proud of him. It is tragic what happened. He has represented his family and himself really well. I think football has helped him, the club has helped him. He got a round of applause in the dressing room. That win is for him and his family."

Embarrassing from Newcastle. Eddie's really got to earn his money now. Thinking they're champions league before they've proved it. Team is in a really bad and desperate place right now. If it wasn't for the money we'd be calling for Eddie's head.

FT: Brentford 2-2 Bournemouth
Brentford
Thomas Frank speaking to PLP after the game: "The performance I am very happy with, the first-half was good and second-half was fantastic I thought we was all over them in creating chances.
"So if you look at the overall game and chances we should have clearly won. I think we have a few massive chances, but it happens. Performance is fantastic when you equalise in the last minute you have to be happy with a point, this team never gives up.
"We only have one mindset, we go again I cannot praise my team enough I would love to stand here with three points but I am so proud of them."
On his half-time team talk: "We had to play with more momentum, we did that much more [in the second-half] and I thought it was one way traffic with big chances."
On the international break halting momentum: "I am always pragmatic in that approach you cannot do anything about it and it is fantastic for the players [international players] to go away and it is a proud moment for their families and us.
"I am very excited with the group of players and the club. Of course we have drawn at home, but in terms of performance we have upped that. I think we can achieve big things.
"But it is a long season and if we keep going like this it will come."
We've still got a bit of reaction from today's 3pm games to bring you, starting with Thomas Frank's views on his Brentford side's 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.

Anon: Blown away reading people message in suggesting Howe isn't the man for the job. It's like they've forgotten how bad Newcastle were before he arrived. It's a building process, CL qualification last season, consolidate this and then push on. Lots of fans have short memories and lack any sense of reality.
Al: I can't believe all the messages calling for Howes' head after 4 games, two of which were against treble winners Man City and then Liverpool, not to mention Brighton away.
FT: Brighton 3-1 Newcastle
Newcastle United
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe speaking to BBC Match of the Day after the game: "We started really well and those chances are key when you come here as Brighton are a good team, we had good momentum at stages in the game but we created our own problems I think with the first goal and that was key in the game.
"I think the tale is very similar to last week we had chances to score and we didn't take them and at this level you can get punished the other way and that's what happened.
"When you reflect back on start of the season when you get the fixtures this was incredibly difficult start for us, very big win in the first one [opening fixture] in my opinion we should have beaten Liverpool, but we didn't so that is hurting us.
Shchar: "I don't know how anyone is i have come straight to see you."
On the big ambitions of the club: "That is the reality of what we are dealing with, the expectations go up and the demands go up. It has been disappointing start in terms of results ,but I cannot fault the effort of the players highlighted by Callum Wilson's goal at the end we must stick with the positives."
FT: Brighton 3-1 Newcastle
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "Great performance against one of the best teams in the Premier League. I like Newcastle, they play good football but today we deserved to win and played a good game. We deserved to win, played a great game and I am very happy for the attitude of my players.
On Evan Ferguson: "Ferguson scored three goals and he played very well. Not only the goals. He played 90 minutes for the team, with and without the ball. He understood very well the right positions in the first half and also Joao Pedro played very well. It was fantastic, the attitude of the players."
"We struggled last week against West Ham because we didn't deserve to lose."
"Newcastle is a fantastic team, not a good team but we played very well for 90 minutes. I'm sorry that [Callum] Wilson scored because we conceded a goal in a small mistake. I'm sorry for it but it is done. It is a small small small mistake and it was a shame to concede that goal but it is done."
FT: Brighton 3-1 Newcastle
Newcastle United
Newcastle Kieran Trippier speaking to Sky Sports after the game: "I thought the first five minutes we could have been two nil up, but that is the difference in taking your opportunities.
"Three nil down we kept our heads down and stuck together and kept going. We have got to use this defeat as positively as we can. We have the break to reset and we know we have some big games."
On today's opposition: "Brighton are good in their own way, they use the box in the middle you have got be brave to man mark them and it is a tough game. We could have been better of course in position and out of position.
"This is the reality the Premier League is relentless every team you play is difficult you have got to be brave. We are in the Champions League now we have got to be brave, we have a top team, but it is time to reset and go on international break and comeback refreshed."
On the team's morale: "There is no panic from our side. We have played four top teams, every single game we have been in the game you have to be clinical - we will look at ourselves and move on."
FT: Brighton 3-1 Newcastle
Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton forward Evan Ferguson speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "It's a good day. The first goal is a striker's thing, you have to be ready. Luckily it fell to me and I could get it in. The second one, we talked about me having a bit more time than I thought in the first half. So in the second half I thought I would get it and turn and tried to run at the defence and get a shot off so then luckily it went in and it all worked out. The third one, it was good to get it in off the mark. People are going to say it was a deflection but we're going to count it.
"It's an unbelievable feeling [to get his first senior hat-trick for Brighton] and it's good to bounce back after last week and get the three points.
On scoring a hat-trick today alongside Son Heung-min and Erling Haaland: "It's not bad company to be in with them boys. Obviously Haaland's record last season and Son has been doing it for a number of years so it's good company to be in."
On Ansu Fati joining on loan from Barcelona: "I think he's going to be great for the squad, especially competition, it's tough up our end of the pitch and he's going to be another one chucked in there and I reckon he's going to be very good for us."

Evan Ferguson (18y 318d) has now been involved in 12 Premier League goals since his debut in February 2022 (10 goals, 2 assists).
He’s just the second non-English player to register at least 10 goal involvements aged 18 or younger in the competition, after Cesc Fabregas.

Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton midfielder Billy Gilmour speaking to Sky Sports: "I'm really happy from a personal point but last week we weren't good enough and we got beaten, we've come out here today ready and got the three points.
"It's a very competitive changing room, we all want to play every game. We've got a lot of completions to come. When you're in the team, you've got to make sure that's your jersey and give it your all.
On manager Roberto De Zerbi: "He's really tough, he wants everything to be perfect which is great for us because we want to learn and he's a great manager. For me it's been amazing to work with him and great to learn from him every day. He is very strict on how we play and I'm sure when everyone watches Brighton, everyone is excited."
"I'm enjoying my football. To play every game so far has been really good. Gaining confidence and getting minutes in the legs. Getting on the ball as much as I did today has been good."

Brighton & Hove Albion
Brighton forward Evan Ferguson speaking to Sky Sports after the game: "It is good [result], bad result last week [loss against West Ham] and we needed to bounce back we came out flying this week and we got that good luck in the end.
On his opening goal: "I didn't know if I was going to be offside or not, you have just got to try finish it.
"I think it is hard when you're in training to position yourself sometimes you have got to try sniff it out.
"It is one of them you have got to ready for it at all times, first-half I could have turned and drove a bit more so first one I got I tried to run at them and take a shot."
On playing and scoring in the Premier League at 18-years-old: "It is fresh so it is hard to take in as a kid you want to score as many goals in the Premier League, so when you score a hat-trick it is a good day."
FT: Brighton 3-1 Newcastle
Brighton have now scored in each of their last 20 Premier League games (45 goals); it’s the longest ongoing run in the competition, with the last side going on a longer run in the competition being Liverpool between January and August 2022 (24 games).
