HT: Leeds United 0-2 Cardiff City

Leeds fans must have hoped happier times would return in 2023-24 following their relegation from the Premier League.

But the Whites' first 45 minutes of second-tier football have been a struggle, with Cardiff defending manfully and scoring goals through two of their attacking debutants, Josh Bowler and Ike Ugbo.

Leeds have had plenty of possession, but their lack of centre-forwards has been exposed thus far.

Daniel Farke needs to find some inspiration from somewhere if his side are to get back into this contest.
