    The Maya Le Tissier incident came when they were on top and then came the red card which swung momentum.

    They did go ahead but after that United got that boost and that changed the perception of the game in their favour.

The new midfield signing implored her team-mates to persevere as she jogged back on, and they duly had their best spell of the game: only that vital block by Jen Beattie stopped Taylor Hinds from capitalising after Manuela Zinsberger spilled the visitors' latest cross.
