This has been an utterly unpredictable World Cup. It's not even three weeks since Spain were hammered 4-0 in their final group game and many had Japan down to win the whole thing. La Roja are 30 minutes or so from getting their hands on the main prize.

You can see across the pitch there is a nervousness and frustration in the team.

They need to find a way to get back into their rhythm, get into the good habits and play more instinctively, because that is when they are at their best.

She's a little bit late but it doesn't look like Hemp actually makes any contact. First name in the book.

Chloe Kelly does so well down the right, what a run. She whips one in to Lauren Hemp but the forward's shot fires wide.

She will be so disappointed with that, huge opportunity.
