Goodbye!
Arsenal dug deep to secure a narrow but well-deserved win over struggling Everton at Goodison Park.
The Gunners - who replaced England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale with David Raya - have suffered away at Everton in recent years, losing on four of their last five visits.
But the Toffees, still without a Premier League win this season, were desperately short of quality and Arsenal substitute Leandro Trossard broke the deadlock with a classy side-foot finish after 69 minutes.
Bournemouth and Chelsea continued their lacklustre starts to the campaign with the first goalless draw of the Premier League season.
The Cherries are yet to win in the league under Andoni Iraola, while Mauricio Pochettino's Chelsea have one win to show from their five league games.
Chelsea had the better chances with Nicolas Jackson and Raheem Sterling hitting the woodwork and Levi Colwill having a goal disallowed for offside.
New Blues signing Cole Palmer had a chance to win the game late on but shot straight at Neto.
Bournemouth had opportunities to win too with Dominic Solanke forcing a Robert Sanchez save and heading wide.

Everton manager Sean Dyche, speaking to Sky Sports: "We defended in numbers which you have to do against teams like this often - not always, but often. We did well on that side of the game but with the ball we were miles off, we gave it away too many times. When you break their play and you counter you have to keep the ball. You have to play with those bits of quality which we never found."
On the goal: "From our setup point of view, it's a poor goal. Just the details, the way we set the players up. The details have cost us all season, that's something we've got to correct. Both boxes are vital, you've got to stay focused. You've got to be aware that those details are massive in football and they were again today."
On what his side needed to improve on the ball: "Just the character on the ball. You've got to want the ball and you've got to use it. You can't just win it back and say 'job done'. You've got to then activate yourself as a team and I just thought that was lacking. If the first pass is wrong then it doesn't give you a chance to counter and you're defending again anyway."
On the official's performance: "I didn't think the performance of the officials was on par. I thought we had a penalty, the lad fouls Beto, then Douc (Doucoure) goes into the box, is body-checked and nothing given. Then there are four minutes added at the end."
I can almost hear the celebrations in the MOTD 2 edit suite as they have a goal for their highlights show tonight.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, speaking to Sky Sports: "We talked about it, this is the challenge. For six years we haven't won here and there are a few reasons for it.
"It's how you do things and the input you do in every single action. I think we played an incredible game, we kept them quiet and created many, many chances, The first (disallowed) goal, as well, should be allowed. We dominated the game and we are extremely happy to go away with a win and a clean sheet."
On the injury to Martinelli: "He felt something in his hamstring so he will need to be assessed."
On what was different from previous defeats at Goodison Park: "We took the game into the areas we wanted for long and we were really solid. We gave very, very little away. They haven't created a single chance. It's about intelligence but also about the fight."
On Trossard's goal: "Great finish. He did it in the week with Belgium as well. It's what we need - the players who came in did very well, the subs that came on did very well. We need everyone on their toes and we fully trust them."
On his side's use of short corners: "Obviously they are very strong in the box so we need alternatives. It's about creating a story in the game and the players have to sense when is the best moment to do it."

Everton
Everton boss Sean Dyche, speaking to BBC Sport about his side's performance: "It didn't deserve a win. We defended resolutely but we never got to grips with the ball. The defensive side worked really hard but on the attacking side, we were never really near to laying a glove and making a difference.
"They pressed well and we were unsure whether to go short or long. You have to get the first pass away on turnover. If you don't get it away then the team can't open up on the counter.
"The details on the set-piece - a good finish from them but really poor on the details from us.
"I was expecting us to get more points really, from the feel from the group in pre-season. The performance levels have been there but the details kill you in football.
"I said clearly after last season there was a massive amount of work to do. There still is - it can't be all changed in one window."

Arsenal
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, speaking to BBC Sport: "It was a long time without a win here. We played a great game, we didn't give anything away. We dominated the game and created numerous chances. The score should probably have been bigger.
"I really enjoyed this. Against Manchester United, I saw my face after and it was a bit of relief. This was enjoyment.
"The 11 players played really well. We had numerous chances, we were patient and Leandro produced an incredible finish to win the game."
On the short corner routines: "We have to keep finding different weapons to win games. We win a lot of corners and we have to maximise that, for sure."
On picking David Raya: "It is like playing Fabio Vieira, it is nothing different. I have 11 players to pick and no-one is different."

Everton
Everton defender Ashley Young, speaking to Sky Sports: "At times we were resilient, we had to defend as a team. Especially in the first-half, we nullified them. We've been done by a set-piece, which is disappointing. Not to come away with at least a point is obviously disappointing.
"I don't think we did (feel threatened defensively). There were a couple of times they got in behind but we nullified them to only a few chances. We knew they would have a lot of the ball but when we got it back we gave it away too cheaply. At times it was tough but we stayed in the game and to concede in that way was disappointing.
"We said at half-time we have to keep the ball and put one or two passes together.
"We're a few games in, we're disappointed not to get three points in any of the games, especially when we've created chances. I have every faith in the manager, players and the dressing round to turn things around."

Arsenal
Arsenal forward Leandro Trossard to Sky Sports: "It's always nice to help your team, especially with a winning goal.
"I think it's a great action. I called B (Saka) and he saw me with a perfect lay-off. It went in perfectly and I'm very happy. I've been practicing all my life on both feet and you can see it helps you. It's so helpful if you're good on both feet - you can go both ways and score off either."
On Arsenal's poor record at Goodison Park: "We knew and we wanted to win the game. It's always a hard game, they give you a hard time but we defended the box well, got a couple of chances and took one of those chances."
On Arsenal's use of short corners: "They have a lot of tall guys and they're good on set-pieces. We wanted to exploit them. We work hard on everything tactically."
On his role so far this season: "You know the competition in the team - we have so many good players. I'm happy at the moment and happy I could contribute with a goal."

Craig Smith: Ugly game but got the job done. Praying for #Martinelli, external. Need him for this week.
Matty AFC: At times today, I've wondered why I even like football. It's another three points in the bag, at least. Those are quite literally the type of games we've lost in the past.
That is Arsenal's first win at Everton in six years. Arsene Wenger was the last manager to win there.
Everton 0-1 Arsenal
The win means Arsenal move up to fourth in table with 13 points, while Everton remain in the bottom three.
Everton 0-1 Arsenal
All over as Arsenal end their poor run at Goodison Park to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
Everton's winless start to the campaign continues.
Everton 0-1 Arsenal
Arsenal have a late corner and with it you'd think Everton's chances of an equaliser are gone.

Former Tottenham and England goalkeeper on Radio 5 Live
If Everton lose twice in a season to Arsenal there's no disgrace, they have shown a lot of quality today. It's the home games against Wolves and Fulham. It's not a one-off, them not scoring and creating chances.
Everton 0-1 Arsenal
Boos from the home fans as just four minutes of stoppage time are shown. Sean Dyche is probably half tempted to join in on the boos too because he clearly thinks there should be more than that.

Anonymous: When your goalkeeper is your most creative player, you're bang in trouble. I fear for Everton.
Andy: Where would Everton be without Jordan Pickford? He'll be the difference for them if they scrape to survival this season.
Everton 0-1 Arsenal
Jordan Pickford launches the ball down the pitch, Dominic Calvert-Lewin wins the ball initially but David Raya is out to the edge of his box to collect it.
