Goalkeeper Ben Wilson is warned not to waste too much time as Coventry close in on what would be an excellent win to end their run of three draws.

Jaden Philogene performs a few stepovers and sets up Scott Twine for a shot inside the penalty, which the recipient responds to by trying to place his finish.

The covering Jake Bidwell does well to block the danger.

Ryan Fraser with a powerful shot from just inside the Leicester box on a tight angle but he's denied by the Foxes keeper Mads Hermansen.

The hosts looking better this second half.

Jake Bidwell almost has an instant impact for Coventry, sending a shot wide.

Milan van Ewijk then produces another alert piece of defending to snuff out a hint of danger from Hull.

More changes: Ellis Simms replaces Haji Wright and Jake Bidwell supplants Jay Dasilva for Coventry.

Southampton's Adam Armstrong with a golden opportunity on the edge of the Leicester six-yard-box, but he skies it well over the bar.

Then the visitors slice through Saints defenders like a hot knife through butter.

Stephy Mavididi outruns a defender and is through on goal and tries to chip over Gavin Bazunu who comes to the edge of his box, but the ball goes wide.

I've been impressed with the way Milan van Ewijk has marshalled Jaden Philogene.

It's going to be a long 15 minutes for Coventry, who've done well. Hull have started to get a foothold in the game, as you normally do if you're 1-0 down and pressing.

Apologies followers but I missed a Southampton sub earlier.

Sam Edozie is off and Kamaldeen Sulemana is on.

Hull have been pinging passes about and finding their rhythm, forcing a chance from which Ben Wilson blocks Scott Twine's shot with his legs from eight yards out.

It won't be for lack of second-half attacking intent if the Tigers lose this, but their final ball and finishing tends to leave plenty to be desired.

Cyrus Christie is having the intended impact. Wilson tries to release Matt Godden immediately after that save, but plays the ball too hastily.

Leicester take goalscorer Wilfred Ndidi off.
