The question is can Brentford keep these concentration levels up, they are constantly having to shift over and drop in but this takes up an enormous amount of energy, physically and mentally. This may be why Thomas Frank has made changes, fresh legs for the last 15-20 minutes.

Norgaard has been immense for the Bees in the middle of the park, his decision making and quality is so important to the way the team play.

Thiago Silva darts to the front post to flick on the delivery from Conor Gallagher... nobody is there.

The Brazilian rightly asks why there isn't.

So Caiceido challenge is only a yellow but Curtis Jones challenge was a red? Again lack of consistency in decision making.

Moises Caicedo, walking a disciplinary tightrope after that booking, goes off with Lesley Ugochukwu replacing him.

Another roll of the dice sees Brazilian teenager Deivid Washington comes on for his debut in place of Marc Cucurella.

    Gamble time.

I think that challenge could have easily been a red card for Moises Caicedo.

He is a lucky man to get away with that, he went high with the studs on the Brentford man.

Brentford boss Thomas Frank has freshened things up by the way.

Neal Maupay - who is already booked for kicking away a free-kick while he was warming up - comes on for Yoane Wissa, while Yehor Yarmolyuk replaces Vitaly Janelt.

    Some energy for the Bees.

It is so hard for Chelsea to break this Brentford side down, at times the Bees almost have a flat back six or seven, with every other player behind the ball.

The Bees have been brilliant in terms of sheer determination and effort, but they are also tactically astute. Thomas Frank has set his team up to frustrate Chelsea and so far it's working.

Not sure about that, Ken. The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Brentford have been excellent and organised solidly to squeeze the space from Chelsea.

But more composure and quality from Chelsea could unlock it.

Ian Maatsen, one of the home subs, appeals for penalty when he has a shot blocked but ref Simon Hooper shakes his head.

So much talk about Chelsea's adventure all game, with not enough credit to Brentford, for containing Chelsea. Clearly, it's the better team now in ascendancy

    Brentford look very comfortable.

Their defensive block is strong centrally so Chelsea are being forced wide. When they do get the ball in the box they don't have enough bodies in there.

Brentford will be happy to sit like this and hit on the break, Pochettino must be wary of that as the game goes on.

Back at the Bridge, Chelsea are still toiling.

The Blues have held almost 70% of the ball and had 13 shots towards the Brentford goal.

The Bees have had 10 touches in the Chelsea box - with one proving particularly useful.

This has been a textbook away performance from Brentford so far.
