All the blame [for that goal] lays at his door. it was a straightforward save. It's not a hard shot to deal with. He'd expect to make that save. It epitomises Manchester United this season. Most of the goals they've conceded this season, they could have made tougher for the opposition. He hasn't dealt with a big moment there.

The scoreline does not tell the full story, Bayern Munich dominated this game.

Bayern Munich will be bitterly disappointed at the goals they conceded, but by far they were the superior team and did almost take their foot off the gas.

They were far too good for Manchester United.

Group A: Galatasaray 2-2 Copenhagen, Bayern Munich 4-3 Manchester United.

Group B: Arsenal 4-0 PSV Eindhoven, Sevilla 1-1 Lens.

Group C: Real Madrid 1-0 Union Berlin, Braga 1-2 Napoli.

Group D: Benfica 0-2 Salzburg, Real Sociedad 1-1 Inter Milan.

Braga were only level for a few minutes before Napoli retake the lead. Piotr Zielinski fires a cross across the face of goal from the left and Braga's Sikou Niakate lashes the ball into his own net.
